The staff was on top of everything. Very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The pool was awesome and so nice to sit and and enjoy time away from home. The smores kits were a hit with the family too!!

My son and I loved our stay here. It was cozy, quiet, clean, and had a great hot tub/pool. The breakfast was more continental than hot, but eating breakfast by the fireplace was lovely.

First Time in the West Yellowstone area went to the Chrisley and wolf Center didn't want to drive back decided to spend the night and the truth be accommodations for okay we spent the evening in the hot tub and the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great will definitely return

Room was specious, clean, bed comfortable, tv worked well, nice frig and microwave, plenty of closet space for coats, decennt bathroom, extra.sink outside bath room, walked to entertainment/activities.

Good choice
This hotel is in a great location near all the shop in downtown West Yellowstone and right near the W Yellowstone Nat'l Park Entrance. There is a big stuffed Wolf that howls as your enter the lobby... FUN!! The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I usually do not sleep well when in a hotel bed but I sleep excellent due to the comfy mattress. The hot tub was working and very nice to sit in after a long day in the snow. I visited in Jan 2024 and the temps outside were -25 degrees. The coffee was good. The breakfast is kinda limited. Overall, this is a great hotel choice!

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe zum Yellowstone NP
Wir waren nun bereits das 4. Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Nähe zum Eingang Yellowstone NP ist super. Wir hatten erneut ein Familienzimmer (Schlafzimmer,Wohnzimmer,Küche,Bad) Die Küche ist perfekt mit Backofen usw. ausgestattet. Auch ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Morgens gibt es Frühstück, welches gut ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und man konnte sogar kostenlos die Waschmaschinen und Trockner nutzen. Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre mal ein Update nötig. Da sonst alles passt, würden wir das Hotel bei einem guten Preis trotzdem wieder buchen.

The suite was great for our family. My only recommendation is that the front desk staff try to be more pleasant at check in. I don’t like to be greeted with “can I have your ID”. The guy working when we checked in clearly doesn’t like his job. That was literally my only interaction with staff and it was not impressive.

What an amazing hotel. They do so many little things that mean so much. I’ve been to 78 countries in my travels and this hotel is easily in the top 5 I’ve ever stayed in.
