The hotel is right by Puerta del Sol which is very central and easy to get to and around. The location is great…… except…….the NOISE. The street noise seems amplified, as though people are in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The door buzzer is out of control loud. You hear the door slam closed whenever anyone leaves, every single time. It was borderline unbearable. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones it was that bad.

Hotel muy acogedor, decorado con gusto, limpieza impecable, ubicación ideal para visitar la ciudad. Mención especial al personal de recepción, en particular al chico que nos hizo el check-in, muy amable y disponible. Habitación luminosa, cama confortable, espacio para colgar prendas, baño muy limpio con una ducha ampia y productos de cortesía de buena calidad. Muy recomendado!!!

Todo nuevo pero el pre-check in fue un desastre
La situación es OK, 15 min caminando del casco histórico, aunque algunas de las calles que rodean el hotel no son muy aconsejables de noche. Las habitaciones están bien en cuánto al mobiliario, cama etc, todo muy nuevo, pero ers un poco pequeñas (todo y que la nuestra era tipo ‘superior’) con unas vistas espantosas a un patio de luces. Lo peor fue el hecho de que el mensaje con el código para acceder al hotel y dejar las maletas en la taquilla nos llegó un día después del día de entrada. Además el hotel parece que se hizo un lío con hotels.com y no nos llegó el mensaje de pago…un poco desastre. Por suerte la chica de recepción lo pudo arreglar.

Parece que hay algún problema con la conexión de nuestro programa con el servidor de Expedia, que provee a Hotels.com, que hace que no lleguen correctamente los enlaces de pago a un determinado tipo de tarifa, lo está revisando el dpto. de informática junto con Expedia. Es algo exclusivo de esta web, ya que en la nuestra y en otras funciona sin problema. Asímismo, revisaremos lo que ha podido ocurrir con el mensaje que detalla, ya que todo parece indicar que haya sido un incidente aislado. Reciba un cordial saludo!

Tof hotel maar helaas slecht weekend gekozen
Het hotel is super maar bevindt zich niet op toplocatie. Wij hadden last van mottenplaag op onze verder kraaknette en recent ingerichte kamer, kreeg wel meteen insectenspray toen ik het meldde. Enkele koffiepads om te gebruiken in de gemeenschappelijke lounge had fijn geweest. Enkel oploskoffie op de kamer. We houden meestal van bezoek aan oude stadsgedeelte maar vanwege feestelijkheden dit weekend was deze vies en stonk het naar bier en urine.

The only thing that kept me from posting 5stars in all the review was that the street signs around the property are not too visible, a couple of mosquitoes were in the room, and a couple of the throw pillows should be discontinued. Other than that, it was very good. Clean, close to a lot of things, nice amenities, and staff was very agreeable.

Le quartier proche est plutôt impersonnel, mais pourvu d'un supermarché de proximité, de restaurants et de 2 parkings publics, l'un couvert et l'autre extérieur (environ 22€/j). L'accès aux chambres se fait sans ascenseur. Notre chambre était très jolie, spacieuse et bien aménagée. La literie était exceptionnelle. Nous avons tous bien dormis. Notre chambre donnait sur une toiture. Donc pas de vue mais nous y étions que pour une nuit. La vieille ville et les musées sont accessibles à environ 30 minutes de marches. Le seul bémol concerne la présence de mites sur les murs et le plafond. Nous en avons tué une dizaine et avons pris soin de ne pas en rapporter dans nos vêtements. L'accueil est ouverte de 14h00 à 6h00 le lendemain matin.

Un hôtel pratique pour sa situation. géographique dans Bilbao, fonctionnel mais il ne faut rien chercher de plus... chambre très petite et lit en 140 de qualité modeste...salle d'eau étroite

We had such a lovely time in this hotel. Everything was so smooth from start to finish and it’s absolutely beautiful inside. We got upgraded to a huge triple room - the bed was massive. The air con was lovely. Location is very walkable to Guggenheim and also to old town

Spacious room and modern bathroom with a seperate shower as well as a bath. There was an electric jug and coffee and tea making facilities which we really appreciated as this was not common in Spain. The receptionist gave us a map and advised us places to go which was helpful too.

Una elección perfecta
Es perfecto relación calidad/precio. Superó mis expectativas. Muy limpio y muy céntrico. A un paso de todo lo que hay que visitar. Me sorprendió la zona común tipo coworking con tele, cafetera nesspreso y alguna comodidad. No me la esperaba. Lo recomiendo totalmente. No ofrecen desayuno pero a 3 minutos andando hay una panadería/cafetería en la que cada día puedes desayunar algo diferente y muy bueno.
