管理人はとても親切でフレンドリー。部屋のテラスは1階だったせいか、蚊が多くて長居は出来なかった。シャンプーやトイレットペーパー、洗剤などは1個ずつしか置いてないので、持ってくるか買うかしないといけなかった。お部屋は古かったが、慣れると快適だった。

Had a fantastic, quiet stay for 9days. Secure parking. Very clean rooms with everything we needed to be comfortable. Walking distance to food and beach. Very approachable management. Will most def be back in the very near future.

The palms and swimming pool area was lovely. A short walk around the corner to North Kirra Surf Club, and beach, and a modest walk in other direction to shops and cafes. Right near the airport for convenience, and yet very quiet. Our room was well appointed and homely, bed was very comfy and plenty of room throughout. Loved our short little stay. Will be back for sure.

Lovely family holiday
Very tidy and secure property practically across the street from the airport and beach. The pool and spa were very nice. I could not fault the place for the price.

Lovely gardens, great pool and spa. The bed was quality and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want was provided. The units are quiet with no road noise. Our lovely manager dropped us off to the airport when our booked shuttle didn't turn up. She's a gem. We would have to say that this the best holiday accomadion we have ever had. Thank you.

Friendly home style Management lovely greeting and was able to check in early at 9-00 am prior to the 2-00 pm check in so that was great . Management informed me by text that my room was ready . A lovely place to stay , piece and quiet with bus stop close by to the shops . Home style unit with self contained kitchen and lovey decor . I would definitely stay at Bila Vista again .

Great location and spacious property. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and we only had 3 towels for 4 people but all in all, great property and we’ll definitely be back for an easy weekend away.

Kitchen/bathroom a bit dated. Crockery wasn't super clean. Nice large balcony. Quiet. Comfortable and neat. Close to beach and in walking distance of Kirra shops/cafes. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment. On ground floor so not too many steps from car park.

Nice apartment, quiet, spacious with excellent size kitchen if you are self catering. Good balcony area. Pool and spa are heated. Full size washing machine and dryer. Location is a short walk to Kirra, Coolangatta and beach. Good communication for collecting keys as we arrived Sunday afternoon.

The apartment was very dirty and had empty beer bottles, fishing knifes, socks, biscuits etc. lying around the apartment. It was clearly not cleaned appropriately. Melissa the care taker were really rude to us and her hospitality skills lacks greatly. Very disappointing with the worst service, will never go back there again.

Really nice hidden gem among the big names in Coolangatta, close enough to everything to walk too but not close enough to hear anything. Management was extremely friendly and the place had a homely feel.

Great family Vacation - 3 min walk to N. Kirra Bch
Nice stay in older style large 2-bedroom unit was nicely furnished and maintained. Manager was very helpful. Pool is nice and apartments spacious. Free Wifi and underground parking. 3 minute walk to N. Kirra Beach.

Convenient to airport and drive up to Bryon Bay
Its 2 mins drive to airport which is very convenient. The only not so good is that we need to carry your luggages up to my unit located on the 3rd floor. There is no lift and the door from the car park to the unit is quite narrow. Quite cumbersome to bring up the luggages. Otherwise, all good for us.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments have everything you need, safe and secure environment, they are very well looked after and maintained. The location is perfect for the beach, airport, buses and easily accessible by car to so much more.

The property is great proximity to the Gold Coast airport - you can walk there with you bags within 15 minutes. The pool area is lovely and secluded and sheltered from the wind. Two bedroom unit is a great size. Felt the unit needed a little bit more attention in the cleaning. Property Manager friendly and helpful.

Nothing spectacular but nice
Good apartment very close to the airport (you could walk if up to it) and across the road to a nice beach. However, quite away from other conveniences like grocery shops and restaurants. Over 25 kms to the Gold Coast and traffic is horrendous most time on the Pacific Freeway both ways.

Thanks Errol, our AC units are located in the lounge area with a ceiling fan in the bedrooms which is usually adequate. Being on the top floor it may be a little hotter than the other units. Yes we are located at the southern end of the Gold Coast with about 50 minutes to Surfers paradise by car.
