Staff is excellent, always smiling , kind and helpful. Some mild touch ups with hotel could be used. Bed was very comfortable. Water is HOT!

Room was used and not cleaned. Hair on floor, smelled funny, dirty sheets. Had to change hotels.

My stay was what I expected. However, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was better than expected. As others have mentioned this place needs some fixing up, the carpet was nasty, the walls were gouged from luggage carts, the laundry was out of service, my lock didn't work on my door. But overall, the most important things to me are cleanliness and nice, attentive staff, so I liked it.

Needs to clean walls and dust rooms and clean a/c vents carpet needs to be deep cleaned or pulled up and lay down new carpet. Shower needs to be clean better had hair and dirt in shower. The ceilings in bathroom needs to be clean as well but other then that it was a nice stay.

You have to pay a deposit that has to be included on your Cc. Was told the deposit could take 7-10 days before it's put back on your CC. Would not take cash and put it in an envelope to give back to you upon check out. Who wants to wait 7-10 days to get their deposit back.

The toilet in our room stopped up a couple of times. We had to call for a plunger. We only had one set of towels when we arrived. There were dirty towels outside our door when we go there. All of these issues were resolved by the staff. Front desk was very nice and helpful

The room was clean but bathroom had some issues with maintenance. The worst was inconvenience of getting into the property. Had to make two u- turns to pull in.

Best thing I like about my stay was the comfortable bed. TV was small. A/C was good. Got go around the world to get to hotel that was worst part. They need figure out a better road system in that area. It was too much traffic for that area.

Room was poorly cleaned.. I was to tired to make a fuss about it.. the floor was grimy and furniture in poor condition.. the furniture was wiped at.not cleaned . the mirror and microwave where covered in kids greasy hand prints.. used coffee grounds on the wall next to garage can.. used condom wrapped in the corner.. pillow with stains. Had to use Lysol on the bedding to even feel remotely comfortable. Mildew around the shower..facility used an insane around of fabreeze, I assume to cover up smells.. front desk was friendly and lobby was clean and welcoming and check in was easy.. the grounds outside were well maintained and the location was convenient. But the room it self was less than desirable!

Good one-night stay right off the hwy in Gulfport.
For a one night stay, we found our room good. The front desk person at check in was very pleasant. Breakfast was marginal, but understandable given that there were only a handful of guests in the hotel that night.

very comfortable place to sleep
i stay at inexpensive hotels and motels frequently so i’m used to nighttime noise seepage, outside light leakage, and noisy appliances. This Sleep Inn has none of that. My room on the backside of the hotel had none of that and i slept great. It’s also very clean including the outdoors and parking lot. The entrance driveway is only accessible from one direction on the side street so you may have to turn around and reapproach from the other direction (it looks to be an old road.) The parking lot is well lit so i wasn’t worried about my car or my safety at night. The Sleep Inn management seems very conscientious about everything and that’s unusually great for this price range of cut-rate hoteliers. Have a peaceful night and enjoy your stay. This place is a keeper.

The room it self was not to clean there were a dirty towel already in the room when I checked in the shower looks like it could use some bleach and Ajax I stayed two nights never bought clean towels or re made the bec didn’t get soap it was really uncomfortable but I had to stay a second night being so far from home booking this room online look totally different there were trash under the chair I can see it when I pulled it out to sit it’s sad it would be that much for all the problems I had I’m a person that barely complains but there wasn’t a way around that

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty and not well kept. For example, the carpets in the hallways and room were stained. The room was not vacuumed and there were stains on the walls. One lamp needed the bulb to be replaced.
