The hotel was ideal for the show at the NEC, less than 10 minutes away. The breakfast was very good, attentive staff and unlimited tea and coffee, cooked breakfast and cold options. Walking distance to some good places to eat, we went to the Bulls Head and Vivaa. Definitely worth booking before you go!

Easy, short drive to NEC No lift, bath very high sided hard to get in or out. Staff were polite if seen. No evidence in room of availability of room service. Only on 2 electrical plugs TV signal cut in and out. Food available but expensive If not travelling with dog, would have been cheaper £25 per night

Generally, the hotel is good. However, cold showers are not acceptable and it is not the first time at this hotel.

Well maintained and presented hotel
Only a overnight stay with an early start. Comfortable, well furnished room, and good nights sleep. Would have liked to have sampled the good food under the name of chef Marco Pierre White as good chef prepared food is hard to find these days in England. Would certainly stat again and allow time for an evening meal in the restaurant.

Our Executive Twin room was immaculate and the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The room service was an added bonus and the food was amazing. We were warm enough, more than comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This will be our “go to” hotel whenever we visit the NEC!

Have been using this hotel on occasions for an number of years. The decor is becoming 'tired', bed was not as comfortable as I remember. Food was OK but not impressive.

Absolutely wonderful stay, comfortable rooms with all the bits needed for a home from home, staff were very helpful and friendly, waiting staff really friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you all.

Excellent hotel, good location, good facilities
Really lovey hotel! Car park is fairly small for the size of the building, room was a good size and being about to place a ‘bid’ for upgrade was a great idea! Great location for NEC/Resorts Arena.

Great hotel.
I have stayed here so many times. Everything is great. One exception is the poor Wi-Fi in the rooms. For a business hotel this needs to improve. The communal areas are fine. Other than that I love this hotel. Great staff, food and comfort.

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at this hotel, we love the quality of the food at Marco Pierre White's Restaurant, the cocktails are awesome in the Triumph Bar and the rooms are clean,spacious and comfy.The staff are always professional,friendly and polite.Would defintely recommend.

Nice hotel very frendly staff, handy for NEC. Disappointing food in restaurant, sent fish and chips back, probably the worst fish i have ever had.

Weekend away
Had a lovely weekend away. Hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Food was exceptional in the restaurant and there was lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. Couldn’t fault anything.

Food very good but breakfast was meant to start at 7.30 but didn't start untill 7.40 which was a bit annoying when we needed to leave early for a flight..No bedside cabinet on one side of the bed.Bath seemed very slippy when having a shower.otherwise resteraunt and bar very good, bed comfortable

Say no to cashless venues
Found out after booking that this hotel is cashless which I believe is alienating to all those people without bank accounts, who budget better by using cash and those that are not comfortable using digital payments… Thankfully after an email they did agree to accept my cash but explained that they would be unable to give me any change. Bring back cash for all…

Good report with small problems
Great stay with excellent staff. Sadly tv wasn’t working in our room but after a few tries to solve the problem,’it was Replaced. Unfortunately a smelly shower curtain.
