It Is and Was A Mess!!!
Hi, this is what we thought about our stay there. First off, the price that we saw online isn't what we were charged - they charged us more than online price. My husband gave the hotel clerk $100 cash for our deposit and come to find out, THE MOTEL CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND NOW THEY'RE GIVING ME PROBLEMS REFUNDING MY MONEY THAT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE!!!! Run Tell That- lastly, if you pull the covers back on the bed, you'll find cigarettes burns spots, spots of old urine on the mattresses and most sheets had stains too

They had an infestation of little roaches. There were burn holes and stains all over the covers and towels. The sink leaked really bad. The housekeepers were rude and I ended up having to leave an hour earlier than check-out because they rushed me out of my room. Also, when I got there it didn't look clean and the toilet was dirty and stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was convenient but is not a location I would stay at for more than 1 night. Room was very spacious ( because minimal furniture, No desk, no chair or couch) Bring your own towels because theirs are old, stained, and cheap (course) Pool is now a cement patio that is blocked off so cannot use (not that I wanted to)

They said I stole all the towels but one…
Everything was ok until management tried to say I stole the towels in the room. I checked-in for a few hours and when I woke up and decided to shower, I saw I only had the bath mat. I called the front desk and the rep got an attitude and said that there was absolutely no way the housekeeper didn’t put towels in there. I had no complaints about cleanliness…I just needed towels lol. No one is perfect and people make mistakes but accusing me of stealing .50 cent towels? Be for real….

The condition of my broom was awful. The ceiling had to split in it and was hanging down about 3 inches in two different spots about 3 foot long each. There was mold in the bathroom by the tub and the sink stopper was broken off sitting next to the tub. The door handle in the bathroom was about to fall off. The television was broken and had lines going up and down it. I told the front desk but they did not resolve the problem. I stayed for two nights and told them two times I know it was only approximately $60 a night, but I would rather have stayed somewhere else. The bed was also very soft and uncomfortable.

Property itself was rather shabby and not the cleanest, but about what you would expect for a cheap motel. The manager Paul, however, was inexcusably rude and offensive! When my room was not ready as promised (I paid $25 extra for early check-in as I had a doctor appointment) he refused to let me use a restroom or even sit in the lobby until my room was ready! I ended up having to stay an extra day and the night staff told me I could have the room for the second night at the same price as the first. Paul refused to honor that, saying that the employee was new and didn't know any better and shouldn't have told me that. Every conversation with him turned into a shouting match, with him refusing to listen to anything I had to say and yelling and talking over me. Since I am an older single woman traveling alone, I got the feeling he figured he could bully me. I don't care what nationality you are. There's no excuse for this abhorrent customer service.

Dingy towels in the bathroom. No plastic bag for the ice bucket. You could hear the television in the room next door through the walls. The receptionist wanted to put $100 hold on my card in case of damages which I agreed to. He then came back to the counter and asked if I had $100 cash since their card reader was done. I told him I wasn't giving him $100 cash, and that he needed to figure it out. He came back with his table for an electronic signature and I was able to go to my room.

At check in we advised the person checking us in that we had a handicapped person with us that was wheelchair bound. They said they would provide whatever necessary to help everyone be comfortable and to call with any questions. When we got to the room we called the front desk and ask about a handicap chair to put in the tub, they had no idea what that was. He said he would check and see what he could find, we told him to just bring us any chair . They said they would find one and call us right back. We waited and waited and no one called us back. So we proceeded to find a way to put him in the bathtub and have him sit down in it, well then we saw the bathtub had cracks and big chunks missing from it. Had we tried that, it would have gashed his body. They need to figure something out with that. That’s a sure way for someone to get hurt and cost someone a lot of money.

Had never been to this hotel before booking. They are remodeling it so I did not expect it to be perfect. First, the hotel looked nice, the cars in the parking lot were nice and i saw no shady type people lurking around, those are important things to me The room was nice, bed was clean and comfy. It seemed a bit empty since it was just a bed, No chairs or table which are needed. It seemed like the room was a a double queen revertted to a king. The smoke dectector was missing. The one light over the sink in the bathroom looked like it was from the 1950's. There was soap but no shampoo or conditioner. (Not a biggie) The tv was nice and the channels were great. We came back to room about 1:30 am and still no one was lurking about... The elevator was recently painted with oil paint and varnished and still smelled. Again, keep in mind they are still remodeling this place.... The worst part was i was not aware of a $100 deposit we had to put down. We booked thru expedia, which had no info on their page about it, the hotel page did not either. There was also no singage at the front desk. I would give the place a 8 outta 10 considering the remodel.

I stayed here twice and I'm left unsatisfied with the experience. The first night I stayed in room 123. I was warned the doors were freshly painted and to be careful of them. It was a non-smoking room and didn’t smell like chemicals at all once I got inside the room. 2 of the lamps did not work even after I plugged them in. The shower curtain was yellow and dirty and the shower faucet was clearly broken. But I was only going to sleep a few hours so I didn’t complain. I was generously woken up at 4:30am by a couple having a great time in the room next to mine so that concluded my stay in room 123. I stopped at the same location again and this time I had misjudged my booking dates which was entirely my fault but will come up later as to why I’m so incensed. The room was 111 and smelled STRONGLY of chemicals despite the fact that the doors had been painted days ago, worse than before. The shower curtain in this room was still grossly yellow and the faucet in this room fared no better than the last room. There was a dirty black stain in the shower making me question how well it was cleaned. Expedia was helpful in trying to waive the fee on the room I mistakenly booked a day later but the property refused. I don’t blame Expedia at all and I was fine with paying because it was my mistake. I was charged a whole $55.88 extra, though! This property is impossible to contact so I don’t expect to get any money back. Spend an extra dime and go somewhere else.
