An easy walk into the city centre when the weather allows, the tram stop outside is convenient for a 7 min journey into the city centre and Birmingham New Street station. Not too far from the city centre for a late night taxi

Left teddy and comfort item of daughters in room that she takes to bed. Hotel adament that they werent there. When i know they wer most definitely left in the bed. Area not the best, looks like some improvements are being made.

As a lady travelling alone for work (30s), I did not feel safe walking from the city centre to the hotel (15min walk) in the dark after work around 6pm. I went to the fuel starion about 50m up the street for a bittle of water to take back to the room around 6-6.30pm too and the door to the garage shop was locked. Says it all. Would not return even though the hotel room itself was nice and modern and clean, comfy bed, the corridors were awful, maze like to my room ans felt like going to the toilet in a Wetherspoons.

Goed bed en airco. De rest is matig.
Op het eerste gezicht ziet de kamer er ok uit. De meubels zijn gedateerd en alles is van stof. Bed is geweldig! Airco werkt goed. Kamer is klein, maar voor een paar overnachtingen prima. De badkamer is modern, jammer van de schimmel in de kit. De sfeer in het restaurant is gemoedelijk. Ontbijt is een ramp. Keuze is te beperkt, gerechten smakeloos. Alles is steeds op, wordt nauwelijks aangevuld. Op is op! Ook servies en bestek is schaars. Koffie apparaten werken steeds niet. Samengevat: ok hotel voor alleen douchen en overnachten. Prijs en kwaliteit in evenwicht.

Me encantó, desde mi llegada tuve el Check in muy ágil. El personal muy atento, Sheena especialmente. Es grato encontrar una sonrisa amable cuando se extranjero. El Hotel es limpio y muy cómodo, desayuno variado y delicioso cada mañana y un gimnasio bien dotado para aprovechar el tiempo libre, disponible las 24 horas. Esta cerca de Bullring para ir de compras, visitar restaurantes o simplemente caminar. Se encuentran todas las marcas con buenas ofertas y además Primark y TK Max.

It's situated by the tram which is convenient for travelling. But the streets nearby are unclean and not much scenery.

Good quality rooms, everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Arrived at around 5pm, receptionist was uninterested and asked me to sign paperwork without explaining what I was signing for. No please or thank you so I assume poorly trained staff. Improved experience later in evening when I went to ask for extra teabags and was advised to avoid 9am onwards for breakfast - much friendlier and helpful lady.

Love staying here. It’s convenient near to my daughter. Rooms always clean and a good size. Love the breakfast although cooked breakfast not always hot.

Only the girl checking us in was rude, unwelcoming, then the sink plug was stuck, dodgy light on the room and room would not warm up. Breakfast was great with lovely choice, but why are sausages always herby! Just a plain one would be lovely! People need to use tongs and stop manhandling food! Bed is comfy. Towels should not be right by toilet, unhygienic. Wardrobe would not open so hard to move the sliding door!

Easy, good price, and good breakfast
The hotel was clean and staff always friendly. The parking on Mott St is low price and only a few minutes walk. Uber to the bullring/grand central area only around £5-9 each time which works well. Barely any noise which is great for a city hotel.

Fine for shorter stays
The coffee machines at the breakfast counter are not working most of the times. A couple of lights are not working in the room. Apart from these the overall stay is good.
