I had to travel from St. Louis to Miami, OK (to pick up my dad's truck) and drive the truck to Panama City, Fla where my parent's had moved. By the time I got through Birmingham, I was done. I trust Holiday Inn property's and never hesitate to stay. This property was nice and easy to access. I stayed in a room with a king size bed (one that i had to crawl up into) but the bed was comfortable and having the option to choose b/t soft and firm pillows is nice. It was also nice to have Dove products in the bathroom. The entire room was clean. I used Doordash to have dinner sent my way and there are plenty of options (thank goodness because i didn't feel like going back out). The evening employee that checked me in, she was so nice to me. There is complimentory breakfast. There is a keurig coffee maker in the room. Starbucks is nearby and easy to access. Getting back on the interstate is easy. I don't have any complaints about noise. I would recommend staying here.

This location is very clean, new & with friendly staff. Our only problem was locating the entrance to the parking lot from Cahabra Valley Rd. We missed it the first time and had to be very careful in turning around and finding the entrance the 2nd time due to the traffic. Be careful!!! Otherwise, it’s wonderful for a night’s stay. 👍

Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful. The only thing I feel that needs improvement would be some of the food. Microwave would be helpful for sone items needing heated. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks!

Staff was friendly and hospitable. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The suite was perfect for us and our two grandsons with King bed in one room and pullout sofa and chair in the other. The mattress on the pullout sofa was pretty thin but was ok for the boys. The breakfast was good; the boys especially enjoyed the pancake machine! The only constructive comment I have is that the (floral/linen?) air freshener aroma in the Lobby area and sometimes in the hall was pretty strong. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay! Very comfortable bed. Had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good and the staff very attentive. Only concern was the cleanliness of the dining area and the humidity of the hallway on the 2nd floor

Shortest commute I’ve ever had to a concert - much closer than some of the pay parking at Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Good options for food. Enjoyed the brewery very nearby, Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the hotel. Didn’t use the pool or laundry but seemed fine.

Hotel was ok. Breakfast was very limited. Housekeeping ignored the “Do not disturb” sign on the door which was incredibly frustrating since I am a travel nurse that works night shift and I have to sleep during the day.
