We selected Aqua Varna because of it's location close to restaurants at the port and the centra pedestrian area. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the hotel and it had on site parking. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful. Well done AQUA

Great Hotel if you don't need internet.
If you are on business and need internet service, forget it! Internet on the 6th floor is nearly non existent and drops frequently! The only place that has decent internet is in the lobby. I was ready to sleep on the couch in the lobby.

Hotel overpriced, more of 2 star than 4. WiFi wasn’t working in the room but in the corridors was ok, 2 paper cups in the rooms, instead of actual cup or glass, hotel hosting occasionally events which caused loud noise in the room until very late in the evening. Rooms very specious, clean and staff was very friendly.

I stayed here for 1 night when traveling for business. It was absolutely satisfactory: check-in was available for 24 hours, the room was equipped with a kettle , tea, coffee. What surprised me was that the corridors and common areas looked cleaner than the room itself. In the room there was mold near the window and some mold in the bathroom that was painted over. The bedsheets had a couple of stains on them. Otherwise all good.

- The area is very quiet, it is good if you want to relax . -the breakfast is very good. - the staff are very helpful. - as a solo, the location is ok for me, but for a family using public transportation it would be bit difficult to move, it is 10 - 15 mins away ( walking )from the train station Mozzate .

Pleasant stay
The hotel is in a fairly good location - it is very close to the train station and is within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel was clean and it was clear that it was undergoing refurbishment - the room was very modern, though the bathroom was in desperate need of a refit.

Touring Bulgaria by train and bus.
Great location next to railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was excellent and great value. Rooms spotless, modern and spacious.

One night stay at Aqua hotel Varna
Had a lovely stay at the Aqua hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful and the parking cost 12 leva for 24 hours at the front of the hotel.The hotel was immaculately clean as was the room and bathroom.Wifi was excellent.The room was comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee supplies.Bathroom had lovely towels and good toiletries Comfortable bed and pillows with crisp bed linen.Varied range of food at breakfast with both hot and cold options.Reasonably priced accommodation and excellent value for money. Location good close to Varna train station and city centre not too far away. Will definitely return!!

Not so quite
First of all, don't think of this place as an animated tourist hotel with a pool. It was like a business hotel. Not too far from the centre. 10-15 minutes walking distance to important places. Sound insulation in rooms should be improved. Personel was good.

I’ve booked two rooms for a family of my friends who were escaping the war in Ukraine. They are traveling with a 5 months old baby. The staff certainly made no effort to make them feel welcome or even be friendly and show compassion to their plight. They were initially refused a table when they came down for the -included - breakfast. The rooms were not in a great condition, one of the showers wasn’t working. Not a property I’d recommend or would ever consider staying at myself.

We chose this hotel especially due to the option to park our car at the hotel, considering being close to city center plus having secured parking. The hotel is most likely a 3*, not quite a 4*, service was OK, nothing beyond praise. Even having booked a Premium Room, the room didn't seem "refurbished" nor with new décor, it definitely needed attention to a few details and improvements. Breakfast also OK but again not wonderful, fruit juices were very artificial. Considering the value, there might better options in Varna. This hotel is recommended if you need parking or due to its location.

Nous avons sejourner une semaine moi ma compagne et ma fille, la chambre etait correct sans plus .Les serviettes n etaient pas changer chaque jour ,obliger de les rèclamer.L hotel se situe a 25 minutes de marche de la mer .Le petit dejeuner n est,, pas terrible pas grand choses Le personnel n est pas toujours souriant .Attention tout les taxi sont couleur plus ou moin jaune le moin chère Ometa 16 lev ou 8 euros aeroport hotel Aqua .Je ne le recommande pas aux Français .plutot hotel Cherno ou City hotel a 5 minutes de la mer
