Sehr zentral, direkt neben der Haupteinkaufsmeile. Strand ca. 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof in 3 min. zu erreichen.

Reasonable hotel in Bourgas close to town center.
A typical hotel ... basic and comfortable. Breakfast served on top floor was just about ok. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not good enough for a suite, so the whole place felt pretty warm unless you were standing under the AC duct

Clean & Great Location
Nice and clean hotel just foot steps away from the central part of Burgas. Very close to shops, dining, and transportation. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip!

A good start but downhill from there
The hotel is in an excellent location and easy to find. Check in was pleasant and the room was nice and well appointed. Then it rained heavily and water came in through the window frame. We were moved quickly and the new room was fine. Water was coming in though windows in the common areas and restaurant. I requested tea bags etc as there were none with the kettle and cups that were provided in the room. I was told that I could have some if I paid for them at the restaurant prices. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. Breakfast was a disaster. It began at 7.30 and we arrived at 7.35. The coach party ahead of us had cleared plates of fruit and vegetables and the supervisor had no interest in replenishing them. I had to argue to get him to refill the kettle! Our choice was very limited and I can't imagine what people who came to eat an hour later were given. We stayed in four hotels during our visit to Bulgaria. This was both the most expensive and the worst. I think that there are many better options in the area.

Hotel Burgas, delightful hotel in centre of city.
Nice, clean modern hotel in heart of Burgas Town Centre. Easdoory walking distance to beach and industrial port. A very acceptable Craft Beer bar / restaurant directly opposite hotel front door. Very reasonable room rate on hotels.xom

Comfortable hotel very close to bus/train stations
This comfortable, clean, quite upmarket, hotel is only meters away from the bus and train stations. The buffet breakfast was good and served in a place with great views over the port.

New hotel in the centre of Burgas. Nice rooms, very quiet. I love the provided breakfast buffet. Good and stable internet. All in all: a hotel to return to.

Lehetett volna jobb is
Hárman vettünk ki egy szobát. Sajnos nem volt a legjobb a szoba. A fürdőszobát és az ott lévő mosdót rendkívül kellemetlen volt használnunk, ugyanis nem volt zárható ajtaja, hanem egy üvegablak volt mindösszesen. A kihúzható kanapé nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

Location is excellent: 100 meters from bus and railway station and main walking street is next to hotel. distance to long park next to the see is 300 meters. Staff in reception and breakfast were friendly and mainly professional etc. Room including bathroom was really new. Balcony was even smaller than "mini French balcony." In all I liked a lot of this visit.

Kaputte Kaffeemaschine wird ungeprüft hingestellt. Erst nach Gästeinterventionen starten erfolglose Reparaturversuche. Am Folgetag scheußlicher Kaffee, kaltes Teewasser und so wie am Vortag künstlicher Orangensaft. Der große Schokoladenkuchen kann mangels Messer nicht angeschnitten werden. Abserviertes Geschirr stapelt sich an der Bar neben den frischen Getränken. Das alles beeindruckt vier junge Damen des Restaurantpersonals nicht. Sie unterhalten sich bei lauter Hip-Hop-Musik blendend, bedienen ihr Smartphone oder gähnen noch etwas müde. Die Rezeptionisten schwanken von sehr freundlich bis gar nicht hilfsbereit, geschweige denn freundlich. Der Staubsauger übernachtet zwei Nächte lang am Gang. Das Stubenmädchen lässt unser Zimmer unversperrt zurück.
