We have stayed here 3 times. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is waffles, eggs and bacon with lots of options like scrambled or hard boiled cold cereal or hot, fruit yogurt etc.

Compared to TRU accross the street, you are a better value with a very decent breakfast. Tru serves starchy junk.

Nice clean rooms, good location, friendly helpful staff. The only miss I experienced was that nobody was at the desk when I attempted to check out. I didn't really have anything for them to check but I always like to be sure.

It was well located in the midst of food and shopping and minutes from VT and our daughter. Very comfortable beds.

Very quiet and comfortable rooms. We were near the elevator, and there was a loud party down the hall, and we didn't hear a thing! Good value for the price, nice breakfast options.

A/C was leaking into the floor, dog hair everywhere(bed, floor and furniture), toilet seat broken on one side and coming off. Bathroom sink was very dirty, like someone got sick in it. Drain in the shower would back up into the tub, I would have to stop my shower and let it drain down then finish my shower

Hotel is located just off of 81..very convenient and quiet..the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful

Excellent staff and service by them, but the property was lacking maintenance. The pool should have been available. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. That was Mold on the sheets, dirty microwave.

This place is falling apart. Only the first floor has ice. No pool even though advertised as having one. The beds are well slept in. The elevator is on his last leg. Our room was spacious. One of the beds had stained bedding. They gave us only half a roll of toilet paper and no spare, only decaf coffee, and the hall way was 1000 degrees. I kept having to go track down basics essentials. The staff was friendly but they did not care when we mentioned the room next to us was running a generator or something shaking the whole wall it was extremely noisy. I would not recommend staying here. We needed to stay an additional night but I choose to pack up to another hotel than stay another night there.

Property is dated and dirty. Bug in room straight away, cobwebs and just generally looks run down. Cigarette burns in the carpet in a non smoking room. Thankfully we’re only staying one night but this is dire.
