Great stay!
From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left was one of our best hotel experiences. Jackson at the front desk at check it was efficient and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were super cozy. Sad our stay was less than ten hours.

Really impressed with how clean and quiet this hotel was. We loved the workout facility all the machines seemed new and clean. Only complaint is that the indoor Pool (which was the reason we chose the hotel) was not open until 9am and we really wanted to swim before getting back on the road. I would think that homewood suites is a hotel or business travelers who have to work at 9, dont understand why it has such a late opening.

If you are taking a long trip from deep north to south or vice versa, its a great pitstop in the middle. It has everything you need for a recharge to continue. My family will be making this a stop.

Too few parking spaces
Parking space is inadequate when the hotel is at full capacity. Adjacent to the hotel is Fairfield Inn which uses the same parking spaces that appear to belong to Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was lacking compared to other Hilton properties we stayed at on this trip. No protein other than processed scrambled eggs whereas other properties all had various proteins and omelettes.

Great friendly staff! We happen to stay on a Wednesday when they have a free social evening with food and cocktails. A very nice surprise! Kids loved the pool! Very nice and will stay here again!

Great except for Third party Reservation issue.
Stay was perfect except Hilton and Hotels.com have to get their act together. I made sure we had certain specifications (bath tub) and when we got there they said no and that I could t change anything bc it was a third party reservation. Hotels “said” I should have the tub but Hilton wouldn’t comply and I was caught in the middle. Finally Hilton relented which they could have done immediately. This happened at my other Hilton reservation as well.

Family experience
We were surprised by the room size, comfy beds,shower supplies and great breakfast. Family room was actually 2 rooms with 2 tvs. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything a family would need to prepare food and a table to sit down to eat. Employees were all friendly Great find. I am a member now.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It offered a spacious room with mamy amenities. Could use some detail cleaning, but overall probably one of the best hotels that I've stayed at.

Great hotel, but VERY limited parking. There were many pickup trucks with trailers that took up 4 to 5 spaces and when we got there, ZERO parking. We had to park on the street by the curb in a no parking area. I was a wreck all night thinking the car was going to get hit, towed or vandalized.

So spacious and clean!
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to. I’ve been to other Homewood Suites and this was by far the best. It was very spacious for our family of 6, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good, with healthy options. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. We will definitely look to stay there during future visits to see our daughter at VT. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. when we checked in the bathroom sink had hair all over it and something that looked like vomit. But everything else was good and Taylor cleaned the bathroom right away she was very pleasant

College campus tour
We were visiting Virginia Tech for my son. This was a very easy 13 minute drive from campus. Very nice spacious room and a great breakfast.
