Run, don't walk away!
The sink was dirty upon my entrance to the unit. The white linens weren't. I didn't dare step into the tub, so I had no shower and I slept in my clothes, on top of the blankets. I could smell old nicotine. There may be rooms in better repair on the site, but not mine.

Don't stay here.
Arrived at 8:30 pm and room was not ready. Getting ready to move to new location and should not be taking any reservations. No blanket on bed, no coffee maker, and not very clean.

Bad experience: Sat night I had someone try to get into my room. The floor was cold and lighting in the bathroom was bad.

Was our first send last time we stay here.
This hotel allows dogs. However, you are given a room with linoleum. The pillow were flat. Mattress hard. Nothing comfortable to just sit and relax. The room was nearly impossible to keep at a comfortable temp.

Convenient
Good location for ISU and highways. Good bed and reasonably new decor. Never a breakfast at Motel 6, but decent place to stay for the price.

Couples Night!
We went to this Motel 6 for a night away as a couple. Although the location is centrally located, it was very quiet. We really enjoyed hanging out by the outdoor pool, which was clean and well maintained. Very nice temperature as well. The hotel is close to a multitude of restaurants! The bed was comfy; room was very bright and clean.

Room was a good size.floor was dirty,had to wear socks after shower,they were black on bottom. Window needed to be cleaned.But they have laundry. Its close to shopping and places to eat.

It was great for the price and the staff was wonderful. Very clean. I like the idea of no carpet on the floors sense it is pet friendly. But the floors are very sticky so wear slippers or socks. It might be the cleaner or they are not getting rinsed. I would stay here again.

Felt like a 4 star hotel
This was a great hotel to stay at they have updated all of their rooms staff is very friendly only thing I would say negative is the king size beds could use more pillows

Room was dirty, stains on walls, chipped tubs at first looked like bugs, hair, walked barefoot-big mistake feet were black. Beds so uncomfortable, pillows terrible. Called for more towels, only two of each in a room with 4 people (which I paid extra) were told if we want them we would have to come and get them. Also not enough toilet paper in room with 4 people. It's not like I paid $19.99 and should be grateful, one of the rooms was almost $80. Really not acceptable. The person that check us in though was very nice and friendly

NOT WORTH IT!!!
OMG this is the most disgusting, untidy, shi**y hotel that had a very bad stench to it. The faux wood got to go! The bed is horrible! There wasn't any bedding to make it more comfortable just one sheet (not fitted) and a very thin blanket. There was a significant amount of dirt in the tub that looked like it has not been touched in a year. The shower was so freaking old. I hated everything about this room except for the price but like my grandfather always said you get what you pay for. I left that place 15 minutes after I arrived and was issued a refund which happens to be the best thing about the hotel. I went to Candlewood Suites which is about 3 minutes away and got a cheap room with better quality. Don't stay here if you wouldn't stay in a prison, you wouldn't stay here.

Frozen Meat Locker
Checked in a desk with friendly lady. As with most of my Expedia stays, I was given a handicap accessible room for some reason. I am not handicapped. My disappointment came when I went to the room and found that the heat was not turned on. It was below freezing outside and I could see my breath in my room. I quickly turned on the heater only to feel warm air, rather than hot air. Bed, floor, toilet were ice cold. I tried to turn the TV on with no success. The red light came on the remote but the TV stayed off. I called the front desk and they asked me to come down from my 3rd floor, end of the hall room and get a new remote. (I'm used to getting things delivered to my room when its the hotels fault) When I got to the front desk, the lady decided to change the batteries. She took the old batteries out of the remote and remarked how they were "ice cold". I informed her that my room was the same way. At that moment the manager/owner came from around a wall and told me "yeah, it's cold outside."

Staff was nice and easy to deal with. Only thing we ran into was not having a bucket to get ice. Room was really clean other than the shower.

Nice stay
Nice hotel to stay at in terms of being near restaurants and shops. I stayed on the third floor all the way down at the end and it was quiet. FYI, first floor is where workers are staying who get up and go very early, 4 am, so would request the third floor. Otherwise, room was great and service was very good.

Budget Hotel in every way
Very low budget hotel. All other hotels in town were sold out so we were stuck here. For $73 a night it was a rip off. This hotel should be $40. No mirrors, no drawers, two flat pillows, no blankets, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Only two bath towels in room and they were the roughest towels I've ever used. Bathroom had no counter space for toiletries.No carpeting, just weird cheap vinyl flooring that felt dirty. Book elsewhere if you can.

Family weekend stay
Black mold in corner of bathroom, no blanket only a sheet and bedspread on bed (you know NO ONE ever wants to use that bedspread!!), 2 pillows flatter than flat, towels that felt like a loofa as you dried off (so rough) and no shampoo or conditioner (never seen before). Great price of only $65/nt but will spend alittle more next time for a few more amenities!!

Very comfy bed.
Just stayed one night. Room was clean. It was carpeted, which is not my favorite, but it seemed clean. Check in and out went well. TV worked! We'd go back for sure.

Motel 6
People including staff smoking between the pool entrance and door to the stairs. The elevator was out of service and nobody offered to help haul luggage up three flights of outdoor stairs. Was there 7 days and elevator not fixed until the 5th day. Had to walk past the smoking people and staff to get to my room each time. First room had rotted, peeling wall by the window. I changed rooms. The refrigerator turned on and I put my food in there the first day. Didn't realize until the 3rd day that all the food spoiled since it was not cold enough and was on the highest level. Staff changed it for another refrigerator but food had to be thrown out.
