The staff could not do enough for us.. free late check out 😁. Great par thre course. Note: you have to by a sleave of golf balls so bring your own if you are going to p,ay. All free otherwise. Snorkling trip ok but good snorkeling off the beach (other side of jetty). Could only book 1 night at special returant so maybe try booking before you go. Large buffet resturant very ordinary (just fuel really) Loved it and will return

As with our previous rating, this Hotel needs some serious TLC in the rooms, service, and food offers. We were told no ala Carte restaurant is available due to fully booked. just to discover endless tables available. Buffet dinner is a "rat race" and utterly disappointing.

Very nice location, 10 min from the airport, All staff in the hotel, except for the main restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The main restaurant is very busy during dinner, and food in bain-marie is not topped up regularly enough. We had to wait in long lines before we could be served. The guy at the pizza station only makes 1 pizza at a time when the oven can take at least 4, resulting in frustration among diners. Change in the restaurant manager might be a good idea

One of the sink was clogged, toilet flush make very loud sound , I checked out at 5:45am , but I told the clerk at counter that my wife will check out after 11:00am , but while my wife was out to have breakfast at hotel , someone came in to the room opens the closet and took the soap , lucky my wife had put her important belongings in the safe that was in the room . One of the drink serving waiter was rude and ignorant ,he had attitude , he was a black man , I didnt know his name . As I checked in I told the clerk at check in counter to arrange taxi for me for next day to pick me up at 5:45am , they didn’t have any answer when I called them on phone from my room , I had to walk back down at 9:30pm Approx. to reconfirm it . I give 3 1/2 stars to this hotel , and it’s over priced I paid $446 for one night .

Pro: Beautiful location and with a selection of restaurants. Food was amazing as expected. We had a Deluxe family room that gave onto the sea, which was amazing. Lovely people who would take you on their travel carts to our room as it was quite far away from reception. Bar staff were very hard working and professional. Cons: Hotel room felt very dated. We had issues with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom especially which I had to formally complain about. Reception desk people could be more professional and apologise when making mistakes as we were being charged for using minibar despite being on all inclusive and despite calling them twice to sort out cleanliness issue for our room, nothing was done. Some staff at the buffet restaurant can be a bit more welcoming and smiling whilst providing their services.

Bonito mas caro pelo serviço.
Hotel é bonito e bem cuidado. Oferecem esportes aquaticos (inclusive motorizado) todo os dias sem custo extra. 23h termina o serviço all inclusive. Se quiser beber tem que pagar extra (ridículo). Algo mais absurdo é que das 22h fecha todos os restaurantes e não há opção de comida (nem mesmo lanche) até a abertura do café as 7h. Opções de bebidas bem restrita pelo valor do all inclusive. Qualidade da comida intermediária, nada espetacular. É um bom hotel, mas peca pela qualidade do entretenimento noturno, alimentação e bebidas.

10 day stay: March 2022
Beautiful resort, large but spacious so it never feels too busy. The service is a little slow but friendly so you need to relax into the island life and not expect instant attention. Very clean. Boat house staff are excellent and if you want to learn to water ski you are in good hands. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Food is pretty good. We found the restaurants no better than the buffet, only that you get table service.

An excellent hotel with faultless service from all staff. We enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after whatever we requested. Isabelle of guest relations was outstanding and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed - she is a real gem. But all the staff were great and friendly too. The only criticism I have is that the rooms are looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment, but still comfortable, just not very modern.

The waterskiing was marvellous. Oliver was brilliant at teaching and encouraging and even filmed from the boat. Almost all the staff were very helpful and good but the amount of disinformation was stsggering. Eg front reception said you booked for waterskiing at 9am. No it was a queue system. Etc so that one doubted anything one was told.

The property offered loads to do with lovely views. Didn’t like the young girls attitude at reception and found them very rude. They don’t seem to know what they are doing or don’t understand the needs of their guest so loads of problem with communication. However the quick witted manager was able to resolve the issue which made our stay comfortable and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Beautiful location and a lot to do on site but overall the staff and service was a little forced. Nobody really smiled and we felt a little like we were a bit of an imposition overall. The hotel is beautiful though, rooms a little over used and perhaps a little refresh would be a bad thing. Also. It's right at the end of the runway so it's not quiet. Seems popular with air crews and all inclusive holiday packages so if thats not entirely what you're in to then..

All in all, the service was great. I did have a situation that simply resulted in an apology instead of a make-good. That was underwhelming and disappointing. Make-goods go a lot further when dealing with customer satisfaction.

This hotel is great. Service was incredible and the all-inclusive plan was a great choice. Tip the wait staff in the restaurants and you will be taken care of during your entire stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommend taking an all day boat trip. Was expensive maybe, but worth every penny. Great place, enjoy your stay!

Very relaxing, great location and food
We really enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The resort is very relaxing and made our stay very easy - I would recommend the all inclusive package to anyone. The restaurants were a great surprise actually and it's worth booking each night rather than just going to the buffet (the Thai was fantastic). The location is great for swimming and snorkelling, it was wonderful to be able to swim out straight from the beach into a coral reef.
