A very nice property. Clean and comfortable. The free Breakfast was very nice. Free coffee and water all day.

The shower was broken, with water was leaking from the handle when turned on and was not coming out of the shower head. I took a video of this happening. Upon contacting the office, I was informed that there was no handyman available to fix it on Sundays. When I inquired about using another room, I was denied, as there were no clean rooms available. Despite explaining our need to shower before a long flight later that evening and proposing the option of using an alternative room, the request was declined. Instead, I was informed that it would be added to the handyman's list for repairs the following day. Expressing dissatisfaction with this response, I requested to work out a solution, only to be met with apologies and no further assistance, despite my suggestions. I have never been treated like this before from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here. There are other hotels in the town.

The floor in the exercise room was filthy- not stained, just had not been cleaned in a long time. Walls seem to be cardboard thin- easy to hear conversations from the next room. The only elevator in the building was out of service for about 5 hours on a Saturday morning and most folks were on the 2nd and third floors. Breakfast food - eggs were miserable. Get cereal or bagels or yogurt. The staff was very pleasant though.

Great location
The location is great. The hotel was nice and safe. The indoor pool was cool, though I wish there was a hot tub. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Not a bad place
Not a bad place to stay. Was told it was a new hotel but the furnishings seem a bit worn. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was awful. Went to Starbucks across the street. We only come for long weekends since we have family in Ellijay so will probably stay there again, and just bring my own coffee since there is a Kuerig in the room.

The lady at the front desk said if we went through the website we would get the room for $100.00 a night that did NOT happen and then we got in the room and had roaches in the room… front desk lady’s really rude and unhelpful and unprofessional, very disrespectful

Wonderful staff, very cheery and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Only issue was , I believe this was a handicap shower. The sprayer which was adjustable sprayed the whole bathroom no matter how I adjusted it. The breakfast was excellent!

Could not get toilet to flush properly for all 3 days. We were asked to plunge it one day. Used toilets outside of exercise room. Asked for a reduced rate. They couldn’t do it because they are paid by hotels.com. I do expect someone to pay for this.
