After some trepidation with the location and somewhat basic accommodations, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and considerate guests. And then a great breakfast and a super shower with hot water and wonderful views from the seating area and terrace. I will be staying again.

fue un poco complicado lograr encontrarla porque estaba de noche las instalaciones me parecieron geniales todo muy limpio y muy organizado, cosas de pronte negativas es que las cortinas eran claras lo que perita bastante el paso de la luz, tuve que salir temprano por lo que no alcance a probar el desayuno

Incroyable manque de professionnalisme du gérant. Après avoir réservé la nuit par Expedia, impossible de contacter l'hôtel (mail, téléphone, messagerie Expedia...) pour confirmer notre arrivée tardive. Obligés de contacter une personne sur place pour vérifier que nous ne serons pas laissés sur le trottoir en pleine nuit. La réponse de l'intéressé: "Ah oui j'ai vu votre mail..." Pas de petit déjeuner même si confirmé par Expedia, hôtel marqué "Cerrado" à l'extérieur avec ambiance squat/fumeurs de joint à l'intérieur... Passez votre chemin, dans la même rue nous avons trouvé de très chouettes endroits!

Do not recommend
Hotel rooms were dirty. There was hair on every bed. The bathrooms are open in the room so there is no privacy if You’re sharing the room with someone. Also the rooms are all on a hallway that is very loud so you wake up very easily. The only positive is the staff is very nice

This place has a great location in the candelaria. The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Cute little boutique hostel in a good neighborhood. Free wifi and breakfast. Free towel. Washroom was decent. Bed clean.

Feels like home
It was such an amazing experience. I only stayed for a night but I wanted to stay longer if not for my schedule. Catalina who was on duty at night even helped me for my stomach pain and prepared a coca tea for me. The place is wonderful and cozy. Even the owner is very accommodating.

Angenehmes Hostel mit freundlichem Personal
Kleines, sehr angenehmes Hostel. Unser Doppelzimmer war grosszügig mit zwei Zimmern. Gut ausgerüstete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Toaster, Sandwichtoaster, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Pfannen usw., ausserdem hatten wir noch zusätzlich eine kleine Küchenecke im Zimmer. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und war 24h anwesend. Aussenterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Gut gelegen, falls man La Candelaria bevorzugt. Bad mit Dusche befindet sich leider im Schlafzimmer, nur abgetrennt durch eine Milchglasscheibe.

Local charmoso, simples e limpo, o quarto é bom, o nosso tinha banheiro privativo,mas nem todos quartos tem. Pontos de melhoria colchão mto fino e a ducha possui “regulador de tempo de água”, ou seja desliga toda hora, Bogotá é frio e isso deixa o banho desagradável. Acho bacana pela economia de água, mas p o conforto do hóspede não acho legal, as pessoas têm q ter consciência e fazer economia, mas o regulador e ruim. localização bem central, achei meio deserto, escuro um pouco perigoso é só ficar atendo à noite, o local é mto próximo dos pontos turísticos da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Chilly hostel close to the best neighboorhood
The rooms are simple and nice. The staff is really friendly and will give you good advices about what and where to eat amd what to do. They are ready to discuss any questions about security or other stuff. The private rooms have windows on the main hall, but as it's quiet it's not a big deal. There is a lovely terrace with view on the sunset.

Hotel sa nachádza v štvrti La Candelaria, ktorá je veľmi malebná. V pešej blízkosti hotela sú hlavné atrakcie Bogoty ako Múzeum zlata, Plaza de Bolívar a lanovka / zubačka na Montserrate. Izba bola priestranná a pohodlná, mala vlastnú kúpeľňu s WC. Recepčný bol milý a priateľský.

Its a Nice clean and friendly hostal good service
Everything was good. The Staff spoke good english and were good with their service ..The adviced us not to go out at night time due to Security risks. We went out one night anyways in The area of candelaria and liked Its bohemian style . We felt kind of safe but We recommened to be careful since We also felt the feeling of not secure as well. We stayed in The family room..it was clean and nice. Its att hostal.and not a hotel . A bit loud in The morsnings since the Windows are just next to the Street . We were not bothered about that. What We would like would be a view and We didnt had one at all I think it depended of the Security since Its down floor. The shower was not warm enough and kind of bad and there was no Door to close when u went to the bathroom. Overall We liked our visit at arche noah

Clean, rustic hostel
A really nice hostel, the room and whole place were very clean. Minimalistic but trendy. Really liked the decor. Only problem was the room didn't block the noise well so from our room we could hear everything in the foyer. Not a big problem as it is quiet at night.

Too loud at the courtyard.
Unclean sheets and room upon arrival. Loud building, rooms beside he courtyard receive all noise throughout the hostel such as Doorbell buzzing throughout the night; traffic going through the courtyard; staff on the phone at 6:30 am in the morning. No staff throughout the night to minimise the 4am conversations in the kitchen which echo throughout the hostel.. The rooms are comfortable (albeit a bit tight) although not clean until asked for it. No door to the bathroom which is unusual. We were unfortunate that we had to stay here for two nights in between flights. Although the reviews mention comfortable and peaceful night sleep.. It's far from what we got.

Was a beautiful, clean, and well-run place with comfortable lounge area. However, the "apartment suite" is right next to a busy road and the walls/windows were so thin you could hear every honk and brake throughout the night. No bathroom privacy in the bedroom and no general privacy in the "living" room which had only a transparent white curtain out to the public courtyard.

Localização ótima, equipe do hostel atenciosa e prestativa, quarto tamanho bom. O que eu achei de problema é que ficamos num quarto no corredor, entre a recepção e a cozinha, e por conta disso tinha muito barulho. A cortina do quarto não nos dava 100% de privacidade e o banheiro do quarto não tinha porta, o que pra algumas situações é bem constrangedor. O chuveiro era bom, mas tem que ficar bombeando água a cada 10 segundos, igual torneira de pia, o que pra mulher enxaguar o cabelo fica bem mais difícil.

Pleasant hotel with nice rooms and comfortable guest lounge with computers TV and Netflix service. In good part of Candelaria for bars cafes and restaurants. The only downside was extremely poor and unreliable wifi. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Super nice hostel in Candelaria
I didn't like Bogota as a city but this hostel made my stay very pleasant. They have new and clean facilities and the location is great for sightseeing. Really good value for money!

Nice place to stay a couple of days
Bedroom and the guesthouse in general was very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and toughtful for everything we asked. Breakfast is available on demand and is a cheap option for a quick and early morning. You have access to a well equipped kitchen if you want to buy your own food, a living room to watch TV, relax, use laptops with wifi access and a sauna (+$). The hotel is near many museums and touristics spot like Cerro Monserrate. The only inconvenient is that our bedroom was a bit noisy at night because it was at street level.

Great cozy atmosphere!
This hostel offers at perfect cozy Environment for those who enjoys at quite hostel. The staff are super friendly and dedicated and always ready for a chat. The shared room is big with only 5 beds and its clean. I will definetely go back.
