The hotel is very good but they charge you for hotel checkout insurance that is supposed to have been paid on Expedia, but they charge it at the hotel. For the rest everything is excellent.

The staff was mostly friendly, and the on-site restaurant was really good. My only complaint about the building is that the walls are so thin, I felt like I was part of the conversation going on in the room next to me.

Okay for one night
Nice location and staff is friendly. The hotel looks nice and new, but the rooms are basic and some things didn’t work consistently such as hot water. Okay for a night but I would stay elsewhere if staying longer.

I enjoyed my stay at Cite hotel in Bogotá very much . Staff was unlike any other experience I had. Fernando & Edna went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe . The drivers were very friendly and I loved my variety at breakfast. Dinner was delicious too, loved the fresh fish and great sauces . Also I enjoyed my green juice and jello everyday 🇨🇴🌹❤️ gracias to all employees and I will see you all soon I hope 🤞

Me hospede por 8 dias y el hotel es maravilloso, todo el personal es muy amable y atento a cualquier solicitud. El desayuno buffet es variado y muy rico el restaurante es muy bueno, al lado esta el parque virrey y la zona t todo muy cerca. Super recomendado

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and quiet. Great location. Close enough to the action, but far enough not to hear it. Loaner bicycles for the ciclovia were a plus. The Virrey park where the hotel is located is wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cite Hotel! It was our first trip to Bogota and we chose our hotel based on the reviews, close to the Zona Rosa but not too busy. We got a room on the 8th floor offering magnificent views of the mountains and the city lights. The room was big, modern and very clean, including a safe, coffee maker, and minibar. Bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was great every morning, and the green juice is delicious! Also try the whole wheat mini croissants, they were incredible. Our stay wouldn't be the same without the staff. Alex, who we met every night, responded to our needs in a timely manner and courteous as ever. Also the staff during the day, breakfast service and the cleaning staff was very helpful!! Sunny regards from Aruba!
