I was disappointed that the pill was under repair the week i came to stay. They notified me the day prior to my arrival and it was too late to change hotels. The only reason i chose that hotel was the pool and bar area. Overall the stay was nice but i wish they notified me earlier.

The staff were lovely and polite. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. We struggled to get clean towels in our room, we also found a silverfish bug in our bed.

I didn't like that we couldn't open the window and the room was so warm, i had to open the door to get some air. Didn't have coffe maker in the room. I had to go almost every day to the reception to charge the room key, it's bother me when i get to the room late and had to go back down to charge the key to open the door. And i didn't like that they let guess drink in the lobby.

Great in general, but if you want a blanket.....
It was good, but again, for the second visit, when I requested a blanket, I was told one would be brought up, and it was not. On this second visit, I requested that a blanket please be brought up, was told it would be, then requested again an hour or so later. Still no blanket by morning. The rest was fine. Thanks.

Right in the heart of
The location was perfect for me to walk to El Museo del Oro! Right in the heart of the old part of town, La Candelaria. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The place, although lovely from the front, was fairly tired upstairs, though clean. ;) The balcony with spa was a lovely surprise! A bit loud, as on an offramp. Thanks!

Great. Cant beat it for the price
This place is amazing for the price. The area is great by day, but not at night. However, the hotel also has a restaurant, bar and pool so staying in is also great.

La pasamos muy mal, el área del hotel no es segura para caminar de noche, todas las amenidades se tienen que pedir a recepción, nos quedamos sin papel de baño y nunca nos llevaron otro. Lo peor fue al salir, el ascensor vuelto loco le pedias ir al piso 1 y te llevaba al 10. Para nada lo recomiendo ni regresaría.

Just because we arrived late at the hotel due to delay from Wingo airplane, Grand Park just cancelled our room without any noticing leaving us there with no option than to re book another hotel. We will never ever stay in the hotel Grand Park again.

Lovely property for the price. No air conditioning, so keeping the windows open for air brings street noise or construction workers sound from outside. They did not clean our room on our final day.

Everything is walkable, full all inclusive , they have a pool and a bar, offer a la carte food and breakfast not free when booked through expedia,offer tours of the city , cable television is not so good ! Not a good idea to be on the street around 8 pm you will get robbed yet the vibe was good 😊

The receptionist was extremely rude disrespectful. Added additional charges and made me pay before we were allowed to check in. She was laughing in my face and talking over me as I tried to clarify the situation. The room was large, but not very clean. No sound insulation, could head everybody walking in the hallway. Very noisy at night. The area around is not safe after dark. The wife almost had her phone stolen, somebody tried to grab it out of her pocket.

It was a good area. Literally every thing was walkable. Hotel staff was great David hotel receptionist was Awesome he helped us with everything and had answers to all our questions! Wifi was down for a few days so that was the only bad thing because of weather.

Good location but night staff are rude. And staff were sometimes aggressive, we had prepaid for breakfast and when we tried to eat they said we hadn’t nine wanted to charge us we tried to show the reservation and they refused to look at it and just said that out problem and we needed to call the website.

almost a great hotel, but I will not return
this place is almost fantastic. great pool and bar area, decent room. Problem is the little things. Breakfast is just crap. Wifi is impossible to get to work for more than a minute or two, even in the lobby. My booking clearly showed free parking, but they charged for it. Even when I showed them the proof of what it said, they didnt care and made me pay to get my motorcycle back. I consider that to basically be stealing, so I wont go back. I am also losing faith in hotels.com because of this sort of thing

Clueless staff with the exception of Luis the bartender rooms are small dated and fresh towels are a rarity small slow elevator very limited breakfast options the hotel is noisy and the walls are paper thin

Santa Fe Grand Park
The Hotel was Great. People will say that the area is not safe and things like that but on the contrast its pretty safe. There is movie theather a block and a half down the street. The Room was gigantic too with a balcony and table. I would stay here again

Customer service needs to be highly improved, personnel had no idea of a nearby drug store, hardly any assistance for tourist, bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter taking off, I requested assistance getting a taxi for the airport and the answer was “they’re usually outside parked” ….had to walk down the street to flag one down

I enjoyed the hotel very much. The wifi did not work cor three days. So my room was 511 I spent most of hotel time near reception for a signal. The hot water did not work on my last day

The hotel itself is very beautiful, employees are friendly, restaurant is good, poolside is very awesome but, WIFI SUCKS, room 501 there was NO WIFI AT ALL, and a hotel without wifi nowadays is not a place to stay when on vacation, the breakfast included is not worth it due to the fact that it is only 2 options, and the location is not so friendly, shops and restaurants are not close.
