Hice una reservación a través de hoteles .cóm al momento del arribo la recepcionista dijo q no había ninguna reservación y q este hotel no tenía ningún acuerdo con hoteles.com Eran las diez y media de la noche después de un viaje de 10 horas tuve q salir a la calle a buscar otro hotel Muy mal servicio

No todo es real.
No me dieron transporte nocturno al aeropuerto como prometen. El desayuno no lo tienen para todos.

El transporte no esta incluido en la tarifa, el servicio lo ofrecemos como un pago adicional, el servicio de desayuno se maneja por un horario, fuera del horario no se presta el servicio, gracias.

So far from the embassy (at least 1 mile), the room too small and uncomfortable.

Just for sleeping and leaving your stuff
The hotel it's just for being there some hours of your trip. The internet was failing, the blankets were a little bit dirty. The person that was attending yesterday's morning was 0.0% gentle.

Be careful with this hotel
This hotel doesn't accept american dollars, only colombian pesos, and we carry dollars and they charge us the room in 55 $ instead of 38 $ the price offers in expedia. Also the transportation from the hotel to the airport is not complementary, in the expedia page it says surcharge from the airport but free transportation from the hotel. This is not true, we had to pay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Tiny room, much different from the Internet photos. Damaged fire detector and misplaced door jam threshold. Friendly staff. Relocated to another hotel.

Good location for airport but noisy and unclean
We stayed in this hotel as it was fairly close to the airport and it looked like a safe neighborhood. We were unfortunately kept up most of the night by screaming children and teenagers running up and down the stairs, shouting and playing music to which the management seemed oblivious. The room cleanliness seemed ok but bathroom was dirty.

Muy regular
Muy sucio la habitación, muy fría en la noche, el agua caliente no era caliente era casi fría y había que esperar mas de 20 minutos para calentarla, lo cual es una completa perdida de recursos. El personal de la recepción muy pero muy amable.

Just fine
I just spend a night because of connecting flights. I thought it was closer to the airport, but it is about 6 km from it. I asked for a triple room and it was small. Ckeck-in was easy and the employee was nice. Unfortunately I could not have breakfast because I left at 6:00 am.

Clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport
Most hotel staff did not speak English, but did their utmost to be helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, is clean, and has well-appointed rooms. Wi-Fi quality was excellent.

Great short stay!
Nice hotel close to the U.S. embassy. Small yet clean and comfy room. I stayed for two nights and I have no regrets.
