가격대비 나뿌진 않습니다
신경 안쓴다는 점은 편하고 좋습니다 ㅋㅋ 다만 써비스는 거의 없다고 보시고~ 타월도 2개 냉장고 없음 방은 쫍고 2박인데 다음날 청소상태 불량 다음날은 타월 한개 놓구감.... 가서 더 달라했음 칫솔 치약 도 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ

The air conditioner wasn’t working. There was no hot water. Went to the front desk and they said there there’s nothing they can do about it horrible Customer Service will never go there again.

This hotel is very clean, modern and well kept. The hotel is right next to the museum and so many restaurants,cafe and bars as u step out of the hotel we enjoyed our stay.

Me gustó la ubicación, lobby y el bar. La habitación un poco pequeña, el baño muy básico podría tener mejores acabados y accesorios de uso personal.

Good walk to Cathedral area. Oxxo/7-11 store 1 min away. Aircon was not really cooling, would be problem on hot day. No free Bfast from Expedia, Oxxo shop has coffee and Ham cheese roll for 10 Peso.

It’s a nice simple hotel. Rooms are very small but I think that’s how it is in Colombia. Front desk personnel are always very busy but nice. Not in a great area. Was told it was too unsafe for me to walk around in after dark. Wish I had booked in Candaleria. Not many restaurants around this hotel. Doesn’t look anything like the outside picture! Would not recommend.

I liked the area this property was in. The hotel staff was very nice and we had a great view of the city. The only issue was that there was black mold in our bathroom. There was not proper ventilation in the room

It was nice inside the hotel, the curtains had a lot of dust but my main concern was the area near the hotel. I felt really unsafe because of the people walking and living nearby.

Front desk made a mistake thinking I had checked out. Gave the key to my room to another client. I was sleeping when I heard someone getting into my room. I yelled and he just left. I didn’t feel safe at all for the rest of my stay. I blocked the door with the desk chair.

Siempre la estancia es muy buena. La única sugerencia es que algunas habitaciones no tienen la posibilidad de abrir las ventanas para permitir la ventilación durante el día. Recomiendo preguntar, para aquellos, que como yo, les gusta algo de ventilación natural e las habitaciones. Por el resto siempre placentero.

I rented two rooms and arrived on Thursday, Dec-21 around 8:30 pm and there was no kitchen open to eat anything. The sink in my room had remains of human hair when we entered the room. The following day we run out of shampoo and body gel; although I made the report immediately, it was neglected and we were without replenishment for two days. I had to reiterate it to be done. The second room had a light off that was not fixed for two days. I made a reservation paid in advance for a family Christmas dinner and when I showed up, they had no record of it and we were given a last minute accommodation. I will not definitely go back.

Hay cosas positivas y algunas no tanto, lo positivo la atención del personal muy buena, muy dedicados y serviciales. La ubicación también es un plus el hotel está cerca de todo Las habitaciones mínimas, con el mínimo de comodidades, el hotel está en el centro así que mejor comprar tapones para los oídos por que hay ruido. A mi no me molesto tanto. El hotel tiene precios razonables pero yo tuve un sin fin de problemas con la tarjeta para abrir la Puerta de la habitación hasta que el superintendente actualizó el sistema, no era un problema General solo el De mi habitación. No hay refrigerador en el cuarto, debes comprar al Menos agua para tener agua enla habitación. La habitación donde me quede mostraba signos de deterioro pero estaba limpia y las mucamas cambiaban las sábanas diariamente. Uno puede pagar por el desayuno pero no sentí que fuese nada fuera de lo normal. Los restaurantes en los alrededores son muy buenos.
