Rooms are small. Construction noise is starting from 8am inside in the hotel. Breakfast is very limited and until 9am. Our balcony door wasn’t locked. Room safe is very small not even to store your wallet there. Inconvenience location. Room service/cleaning was average.

Highly Recommended
Staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. Hotels.com status entitled me to a free bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night so I couldn't see it all, but everything I did experience was great. Will return!

Hotel Stay from Oct 30 to Nov 1st
The lobby was very beautiful! I had the grand double room and it was wonderful and spacious. The tv in the room was the best feature and the bathroom was very nice and shower had hot water. Overall, friendly staff and excellent location. The only problem I had was being charged for a 3rd guest even though it was only two people (myself included).

Well located. Bit unlucky
Nice place. Had a lot of noise coming from inside of the hotel, I couldn’t sleep welI. guess it was my room in second floor.

¡Excelente! Esta ubicado en un lugar seguro y súper lindo, rodeado de restaurantes donde pues de salir a comer fácilmente. La atención de las personas es excelente, tanto en la recepción, cocina y limpieza. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la cocina abierta, puedes bajar fácilmente a calentar cosas, tomar té o café. 100 puntos, súper recomendado.

no me hospede en este hotel pues yo habia solicitado tomar la noche con una noche que tenia de obsequio de hoteles.com y en el hotel me dijeorn que ellos no daban noches de cortesia y que debia pagar la noche por eso no la tome y me fue para otor hotel a hospedarme el ibis en bogota donde si me aceptaron la noche de cortesia NO ME QUEDE EN HOTEL NICO NO DEBEN COBRAR NADA

Lamentamos el invonveniente, la reserva indicaba que el huesped págaba directo en el hotel, lo unico de cortesia era el parqueadero y la botella de vino. hoteles.com no nos indico que su reserva era de corteria. igual se reporto la novedad de no show para que no generaran cargo.

Great location nice boutique hotel
Good clean place located in a nice neighborhood with access to great restaurants. Decent breakfast, good fit and finish in the common areas but my room feels unfinished furnishing. No AC but should be fine with the temperature dropping at night. During the day can stay cool by pooping the window open. When the window is open however the street noise is quite loud. Other than that everything was great.

Staff does not speak English. We were unable to control room temperature. Some towels were not placed in a room. There was no shower gel and the quantities of shampoo were so small. In all average or below average hotel.

Simplemente espectacular el servicio
Ya me había hospedado antes en el hotel, y decidí volver por el excelente servicio. Pequeño, muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, y el desayuno en la mañana es probablemente lo más cercano a estar en casa. Lo mejor de NICO es su gente. El servicio es simplemente espectacular.

A Gem in Bogotá, and what a price!
The hotel is located in an excellent area. The breakfast is good, the service is excellent, and the facilities are outstanding (the same as in the photos). I used the coworking area my whole stay, and it was great for me and my coworkers.
