Great stay
Extra clean, spacious apartment like, good breakfat, great value, if you choose the two bedroom apartment which face the road, it maybe a little noisy for some people. You may opt for the smaller ones facing the city for extra privacy. Alejandro and Luis are two great professionals and made our stay exceptional. Thank you.

Cómodo, buena opción.
El hotel es muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Con unas pequeñas mejoras podría ser fantástico. Necesitan poner ganchos para colgar las toallas, lámparas que alumbren (las que hay en los cuartos son tan suaves que no se ve nada) y poner enseres en la cocineta, no hay ni un vaso por lo que no se puede usar para nada.

Mala suerte y mal desenvolvimiento de la situación
Llegamos y no había luz por un daño en el sector; eso es entendible. Pero el hotel no tenía planta eléctrica; y realmente no habría sido mayor problema para pasar la noche pues el clima permite descansar sin luz y hasta bañarse en la oscuridad no representa mayores retos. Lo incómodo, fue que al parecer no esperaban recibir huéspedes esa noche (no entiendo por qué, si la reserva se había hecho con varios días de antelación) y la persona que nos “recibió” nos insistió que no había notificación para llegada de huéspedes. Mientras hacía sus averiguaciones por WhatsApp, nos hacía esperar afuera en completa oscuridad, mojándonos y lloviendo… tampoco era su culpa, pero veníamos cansados luego de un viaje largo y la espera se nos hacía eterna y hasta peligrosa por la nula iluminación del sector. Ante la negativa para entrar, se me ocurrió llamar al teléfono de la línea hotelera y hablar con un asesor a ver si se comunicaba con la persona que estaba dentro del hotel. Luego de varios minutos y ya empapados y congelados, nos dejaron entrar muy a regañadientes. Y Luego viene el otro proceso: cargar maletas pisos arriba y cruzar todo un laberinto (porque sin ascensor hay salir detrás del counter y atravesar el lobby y la cafetería, para luego coger unas escaleras que dan a unas puertas de emergencia tres pisos arriba) lo cual resultó agotador pues eran maletas llenas y pesadas porque seguíamos en un viaje largo. Algo hubieran podido hacer mejor? ¡Por supuesto que si!

La habitación bien en general, hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, el lugar agradable cerca de la carrera 7, caminando hay una subida pronunciada para llegar. Buen lugar, barato, accesible, comodo y limpio. El personal amable y servicial. No tiene aire acondicionado, Bogotá suele ser fresco por las noches. Buena relación precio/beneficio.

Problemas para el descanso
El sitio en general estuvo bien. No hubo queja de la comida y el personal fue muy amable. No obstante, considero que deben mejorar las habitaciones del piso 9. Tienen un serio problema con las palomas que dificultan el descanso de los huéspedes por el ruido que producen en las madrugadas. Las ventanas de este piso están llenas de deposiciones de estos animales por lo que no se puede mirar a través de ellas.

Hotel prático para business.
Hotel pratico, serviço atencioso dos funcionários. Está próxima à Carrera 7ª e à Pontifica Universidade Catolica Javeriana, porém, numa ladeira que exige algum esforço físico na subida. Café da manhã completo, com boas frutas e bons sucos naturais, porém, o lugar é apertado e fica estressante quando tem muita gente. Estive num bom quarto com varanda acessivel para tomar vento e ver a paisagem. O banheiro é pequeno e mal ventilado. Tive algum trabalho para re-aprender a lidar com cortinas do chuveiro e evitar água fora do box, já que não tinha ralo no banheiro.

The property is well located for certain activities (university related ones) and is a beautiful place. Rooms are not as quiet and dark as I like, but are good nonetheless. It's a recommendable place to stay for work and probably for vacations too.

Simple comfort near University
The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was basic but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was very close to the university, which was the purpose of my trip.

Not a good place at all
The unit was falling apart, no air conditioning and the shower curtain did not fit the shower - water went all over the floor The laminate flooring was falling apart. there was a stove, fridge and sink but not cook ware - question why have a stove.

Cómoda estancia, buena vista y ubicación con respecto a sitios turisticos. probablemente tenga vrios aspectos que requieren mejorar, pero es una opción estándar buena. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y cuentan con muchos servicios, son ideales para viajes largos e incluso más de negocios.

First visit
Great location for restaurants, people watching, shopping, public transit. I wouldn’t recommend night time travel on foot, but overall pleased with my stay. The room required some renovations (minor water damage, poor paint job) and a personal thermostat (it was cold). With ample linen, I was able to combat some of the cold with my stay. The staff were friendly, respectful and engaged (even with my limited understanding of espanol). I will recommend utilizing Uber; you will save more money.

Hotel near city center but noisy
Very dissapointing experience. Staff were very diligent and gently. Breakfast was nice and clean room. But it was noisy because near from a main street. Not at all as photos show it and also no courtains so day light awakes you. Dissapointing experience

Localização estratégica e equipe eficiente.
O hotel é uma excelente escolha com ótimo custo e benefício. Fica próximo das principais atividades programadas em Bogotá e com uma excelente equipe no hotel pronta a atender, Impecável na limpeza, café da manhã muito bom. Enfim, super recomendo.

The room was really clean, the staff friendly. The hotel was in a safe area, full of residents and college students. And walkable to the Candelaria. The only real negative was that it is at the top of a really steep hill.

Great hotel! ( road noise)
Loves the service, the bar prices are great and the food is amazing! My only complaint is there is a big road next to it and it can be a little disturbing if you have a little one :( no crib neither. We took our pack n play. Overall it's great, just ask for a room that is not next to the road.
