자연속에서 조용하게 푹쉬고 싶다면 최고의 리조트. 화려하고 세련된 럭셔리한 스타일이 아니라 소박하고 조용하며 자연주의적인 환경이여서 3일동안 정말 편안하게 쉬다감.특히 레스토랑은 맛도좋고 바다를 내려다볼수 있어서 너무 황홀할정도.단,사람이 너무 없어서 3일정도 있으면 좀 무서울정도임.그리고 정말 큰 개구리들이 너무 많이 나타나 무서움.

관리상태 좋고 엄청 깨끗해요. 다만 위치는 그리 좋지않은듯 하며 해변가로 가려면 셔틀버스타야해여. 셔틀버스 무료로 이용가능하나 미리 얘기해놔야하는 번거로움이 있음

도나텔라 숙박은 최고였어요
처음에는 알로나비치에 숙소를 잡으려고 했는데 너무 늦게 준비하여 다 만실이였어요. 도나텔라는 마음에 들기는 했지만 비치하고 좀 거리가 있어 보이고 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정반 기대반으로 예약했는데 결론을 말하자면 완전 만족이에요. 오히려 번잡한 알로나 비치보다 약간 떨어진 이 곳이 더 마음에 들었고 언제든 리조트 셔틀 버스를 타고 알로나 비치를 다녀올 수 있었기 때문에 이용에 불편함이 없었어요. 리조트는 공원처럼 나무가 잘 가꿔있어서 산책할 때마다 기분이 좋았고 작은 미니 동물원과 승마장이 있어서 아이들이 좋아했어요. 리조트 출입 보안이 철저해서 아이들끼리 수영장이나 동물원을 가도 전혀 걱정이 없었구요. 또 전용 비치로 가는 길은 너무나 예뻤답니다. 파프리카 식당의 멋있는 전망을 보면서 맛있는 식사도 잘 했구요. 직원들은 보일때마다 반가운 인사로 반겼어요. 특히 립셉션 직원들은 영어를 잘 못하는 저희 가족의 이야기를 잘 들어주고 설명해주셔서 감사했어요. 2박을 리조트에서 거의 놀았는데도 아쉬움이 남네요. 다음에는 좀 더 길게 묵고 싶어요.

Strongly recommend
I stayed in Garden Villa no.6 for 3 nights. The accommodation is as complete as the details and very well maintained. Although it is a little distance from Alona beach and the tricycle drivers of Panglao are price fixing so price is 3times expensive than tagbilalan tricycle. but if u stay at donatela, do not worry about it. because hotel operate shuttle vehicles every hour or two and it is better then uncomfortable expensive cheating tricycle. they always have no change. The staff were very friendly and the massage facilities were excellent. / 2,000 pesos per hour.The management status of the pool is also perfect. u can see hummingbirds flying-drinking water at the pool. The sea view of the restaurant is fantastic experience. Best of the Wi-Fi I've had during my many trips to the Philippines The Land sightseeing tour arranged through the staff was also fun. The only negative factor is the taste of the restaurant. Prices are 2-3 times more expensive than Alona Beach, but not taste. If restaurant had a good taste, I would have eaten a lot here in spite of the price. Breakfast is also not that good. but not messy Overall strongly recommended.

Good hotel
Stayed for 2 nights very pleasantly. room was clean and spacious. restaurant had good food and great view. good massage with comfortable and relaxing facilities. the only downside was the receptionist. every time I asked for something her answer was no. I almost felt that she was enjoying her dignity by saying no to me. I am not saying she was rude or anything. i guess she just tried to stick to the policies and procedures. it was just a bit of contrary since every other staff I encountered inside the property (restaurant, housekeeping and even the gardeners) was willing to go extra mile to make my stay more pleasant. apart from that, this is a great place to stay.

We loved staying at Donatela resort. It is comparatively remote and not as busy as other resorts in Panglao, it was quite and enjoyable. We traveled with our two toddlers and the kids were always welcomed! The only negative thing about our stay was that one night for dinner we arrived on the later end, the hours at the paprika restaurant said it was open until 9pm, we came around 8:15 because our kids had a late nap from our country side tour. The entire time the wait staff was rushing us to complete the order, rushing us to eat, and rushed us to pay for the bill. When we left the restaurant it was 8:50pm. I know different countries have different customs, but typically as long as you order at last call you are not rushed because you are still within the time frame of the closure. I found it unacceptable for the amount of money we paid to be treated like that. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. I would book again, but not loyal to coming to the resort again due to that one experience.

Highly recommend.
First class in every aspect. If you want seclusion, tranquility, and peace then is the place to go. I opted for a villa with pool and was completely satisfied. There is no beach but they do provide free transport to any that you want to visit. No cons here...probably one of the best hotel/resort experiences I've had.

Simply amazing
This hotel is absolutely amazing! We booked at the last minute and ended up booking an extra villa because we were blown away by how beautiful and comfortable they are. The grounds are so lovely, the ocean view is incredible, and we had several delicious meals at Paprika. Above all, the staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was so friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately had to leave!

We stayed 6 nights in the honeymoon suite at this beautiful resort. This beautiful, comfortable and spacious cottage has a private pool that is very nice, and it is just around the corner from the amazing onsite restaurant Paprika, yet far enough away from the 'community' pool to be quiet. The grounds are large and cottages are spaced quite well. The staff was the absolute highlight of our stay. They were so friendly and caring. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until our eventual drop off for departure, we saw so many kind smiles. We had all our meals at Paprika and every meal was very good. We very highly recommend staying at this property.

We initially booked 2 nights but extended for a 3rd night. This place is incredibly relaxing, lush and well maintained. We felt like we were the only guests in the resort, despite occasionally seeing others around the grounds. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. If you love natural surroundings, this place is for you.

Very nice and quiet place, in a huge garden. The restaurant has a great view on the sea. The road to access is a very bumpy, but there is apparently a plan for improvement.
