Positives: The staff were friendly and the room was big and lots of storage. Negatives: The restaurant menu was the same for our rntire stay and it became boring as there wasnt much choice. The bed sheets were too thin and and therefore i was too cold at night. The pillows were too thick or too t thick or too thin and not xomfortanle.

Stayed four nights. We had a car, so I wanted a place close to Bologna and close to major highways (for daytrips). Great place! It's 15 min to the major parking at Bologna (Plaza VIII) and convenient for day trips to Ravenna, Rimini, Modena, Parma, Ferrara, etc... Highly recommend.

Outdated property with stains all over the floors. All the equipment in the gym was malfunctioning and was most definitely a safety hazard. The front desk staff was very formal and not welcoming. It was a decent location for one night but I will not be staying here again.

Everything was great. Staff were so nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic - such variety and a great price. While the property is great the carpets are worn - just need an update. Definitely recommend

Stayed for one night while visiting Bologna. Takes about 15min from the airport and about 20min to the train station in Bologna where you can park to visit the city.

Excelente hotel, un poquito fuera del centro.
Desde la llegada nos recibieron Super amables para el check in, hasta con una botella de vino y café. El hotel está hermoso, impecable aunque no en el centro de Bologna, muy moderno y cómodo. Las habitaciones super bonitas, el baño imprcable y bonito. El desayuno DELICIOSO!

Nice enough
Decent enough hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean. Reception staff were very friendly. My only grumble is that check-out is at midday but it was noisy from about 9am onwards with the cleaners in the corridors talking loudly and moving furniture around in nearby rooms. I understand that rooms need preparing for future guests, but I do wish it could be done quietly. It makes it impossible to relax otherwise.

We stayed here twice and enjoyed our stays. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The facility looked older but was updated (including our room). Minor quibbles - restaurant was closed and bistro service was ok. Dining options nearby were limited.

The actual room for which we were paying was dirty. The carpet was stained and torn in spots. Dust had accumulated unchecked in corners. In short, the room was disappointing by US Best Western standards. While some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, at least a couple seemed to be, by nature, unusually surly. Although we had no disputes and exchanged only a few innocuous sentences with her, one staff member at the front desk was the most unpleasant person -- not just to us, but to everyone, at least non-locals -- we met on our travels. It is striking how some hospitality chains employ, in customer contact positions, people who are, by nature, unusually ill-suited to the role or do not like people, who just do not believe in being pleasant, or even slightly friendly. I watched the woman to whom I am referring interact with others, and at least with all non-Italians she was brusque and rude to everyone. It was not a momentary or passing mood issue, because she was surly in the evening and the next morning, all day without any mitigation. Various parts of the hotel and amenities were closed; food was generally not available nearby. At times the whole facility seemed like it was operating at a bare minimum level, barely staying open, and staff seemed unhappy about even that.
