I was pleasantly surprised with the conditiom of the room. The website is a bit confusing with photos from both the El Lobo and Lakeland motel being "sister companies". Wasn't sure what type of room I was booking. One thing I would like implemented for safety reasons is this: when your key card doesn't work and it needs to be reprogrammed, plz as for ID. I went once and my husband went once to have this done. Neither time we were asked to confirm our identity, just given new keys.

Lovely place
Lovely place. Our room looked like we were the first to stay in it. Sooo clean. Breakfast was good. However because you have to pick from a menu and was brought to us. I had more than I would eat. No juice and only one hot drink. And when I only wanted a quick bite and drink. Would stay again

The Hotel was recently renovated. All rooms have a fridge & microwave. Beds are comfortable and not at all worn and saggy. Free breakfast offered at the neighbouring motel was a really good little buffet with real bacon and eggs as well as other choices. Pet fee is a much appreciated flat fee instead of per dog per night. We were there for 3 nights for the dog show and had 5 dogs with us, so this was a BIG PLUS!

Very clean and renovated nicely. Surprising. Beds were excellent . Just make sure to take a second floor unit or one that is far away from the main entry area. The Main Entry is where the rough-necks hang around to smoke and yak loudly until all hours.
