Across the road from a very pristine beach, loved it, no issues. No ocean views but you can hear the water sounds at night. Very quiet and secluded. Pool is nice too. No complaints.

Mobys is a big property with lots of lush greenery that makes it so appealing. It is in front of Boomerang beach, which is amazingly beautiful and there are other beaches close by as gorgeous. Lots of big families so it was loud with many kids around but okay for us. The property had everything we needed. Staff super friendly (specially the restaurant/bar lovely people) Live music at night. The restaurant was good. We didnt use the pool because it was too busy.

Lovely surroundings and liked the individual cabins. Great facilities, peaceful during the week until Friday night. Avoid booking on weekends as the noise from other partying guests is like surround sound. Shouldn’t have to lay awake all night. Partying till the early hours is not ok for other paying guests.

Great for kids with playground and pool. Can easily drink and eat at the Sips restaurant. Gorgeous Boomerang beach only 1 min walk down the road. Very friendly and helpful staff

Great location, spacious accommodation. Good for kids. Close to small shopping area and beach. Only negatives were parking tight. Unable to park in allocated space as neighbouring cabin parked too far over. Also can be quite noisy from other cabins.

Love the bush around the cabins - makes it feel more secluded! Nice and spacious with plenty of room for a large family!

So spacious and comfortable good size bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, nice deck, short walk to blueys cafes and beach. Would definitely stay again

Definitely no a 4 star ,no wi-fi as was advertised on the booking and was overpriced for this resort’BBQ old and rusted outdoor forniture no in a good conditions and more in a small words we were overcharged for it poor poor

Mobys has a really nice atmosphere. Great beaches nearby. Nice place to wind down and relax. Sips restaurant was lovely too. Nice food and friendly staff.

No reception in that area and the hotel doesn’t provide WiFi service. Moreover, they did not change towel and so on.

Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, unfortunately I do not believe you understood that we are self contained units so we provide laundry facilities inside each unit, if requested we could have provide extra services to your unit. It is part of the area we are in, some phone companies do not provide coverage, this is why we provide free guest WIFI to public areas of the Resort.

No oven - Had to use the gas bbq for some stuff which was inconvenient. No vacuum - was a bit inconvenient with sand from the beach etc. Nice pool area, spa and tennis court. Was about 15 mins drive from main shops. Beach across the road was nice.

Thank you for your feed back we do appreciate it. In our pre-arrival emails we explain that we do not have ovens in our units, sorry that you missed this info. All units are equipped with brooms and mops for guest convenience, no we do not provide vaccums. Glad you enjoyed the pool, spa and tennis court, these are very popular with all our guests.

Moby’s Beach Resort
Great location, seconds from Boomerang beach and a great pool - perfect for kids especially when the weather is not so good for beach days as was the case during our stay. The cafe/ restaurant next to the pool was good too, as we visited out of peak season it wasn’t open during the week but we enjoyed two meals there and grabbed coffees on our last morning. The cabins are well layed out and spacious, with plenty of room for a family and a good covered verandah. Only scored low as ours could have done with a good clean - spider webs on the ceilings, dusty old lamps etc. All easily fixed up and would make a huge difference to the comfort of your stay. We would consider staying again as it is a perfect set up with young kids who just want to swim all day.

I enjoyed how family friendly this resort was and seeing kids play outside from day to night and meeting other kids. It’s a nice relaxing getaway for couples too, as the stay is clean, comfy beds, secure and has what you need. There’s plentiful to do and see around the resort without having to travel for hours. Highly recommend.

Thanks for your reivew. Especially during the holidays most of our return guests come back year after year becuase their kids love Mobys. We get a kick out of seeing the kids riding their bikes and making new friends. Our facilities (accommodation, tennis court, playground, pool & spa, gym, cafe & bar... all located just accross from Boomerang Beach) is all you need for a great family holiday

Great place for families. Well appointed cabins, clean and comfortable. Onsite bar/restaurants was good, limited menu but excellent quality and service. Kids loved the pool and scooting round the loop road inside the resort. Close to the beach though we ended up driving the the camler Elizabeth and Blueys beach. Also as a side note - Heuys at Blueys pizza is worth checking out (order early though otherwise you're looking at a long wait time)

Wedding weekend
Our room was not ready as promised even though I called three times to check in early as we were going to a wedding. I was told it would be ready by noon and when we arrived at 1pm it was still not ready. We agreed to take a room that had a different bedding configuration to what we had ordered because our room was not ready. The room phone was broken and it was not very clean. For what we paid it was OK because I used some free nights but if I paid full price I would have been really angry. Also we were not advised that there was no reception there for vodafone and that was very painful.

All facilities are new and cleanliness was superb. It was right next to Boomerang beach, less than 1min walk. Accessing to keys afterhour was easy, everything was pleasant.
