Hi Anna, I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the choice you made on Expedia by looking at the pictures Expedia posted. If you had stopped at the lobby before leaving in such a rush we would have happily accommodated you with another room that met your expectations. Our guests are told that we only have enough parking for one vehicle for each room. That is why we issue a parking pass with the dates on them. Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are sorry if your stay was not up to your expectations and that the room you wanted was not available. We are available 24/7 to solve any issues you may have with your room, like the TV, and are happy to help with this sort of thing. On your next stay you might consider renting one of our nicer rooms that are more like condos or apartments. These upgraded rooms have central heating and air and are much more open and spacious, which sounds more like what you are looking for. Feel free to call in with any questions about these rooms and we would be happy to help find the right fit for you!
