Hello Miss Nancy and Miss Terra.You missed to read the description of the property and failed to read the email that we always send to our guests. That's okay.. live is busy for all of us. According to Travelocity reservation policies, we didn't have to issue you a credit but we did anyways. As we explained to you"It takes about 5-7 days for merchants and banks to process credits.We want to clarify that you don't need four wheel drive to visit the property. You ran into a tree while you were backing up and that's the reason you bumper fell off.

Hello there,If you had mentioned them to us, we could had been able to fix all those important details. We're always available. Just a call away. The silverware, dishes, etc are enough for the number of guests allowed in each cabin. The cabins are surrounded by nature. Things you don't see at the city are very common around here.

Sorry you feel that way but according to our property policy and cabin size we can only allow 5 guests. Because you had 8 guests in your group, we could not host you. We would recommend that you read the property descriptions before making a reservation.

Dear unsatisfied guest,We aim to provide detailed information and pictures of our tiny, cozy cabins. We include complete description and sizes of it for our guests and provide excellent Wi-Fi speed and stream TV service as well as immaculate, well-equipped cabins. This is our home, and we enjoy welcoming everyone and be able to share this unique and special place as the previous owners did with us. It is unfortunate and unfair leaving a bad review because we were unable to accommodate more people as you requested in our tiny cabin. We welcome constructive feedback as it helps us better serve our guests, but this is clearly a form of retaliation for us not permitting the capacity of people in the cabin to be broken and for making you accountable for the misuse of our place.We are always grateful for all who stay with us and so thank you for your visit.Best wishes to you.

We are committed to provide a cleaned and safe place for our guests. To us and our team it is very important that guests find our cabins immaculate such as clean towels, linens, amenities, and accommodations. As you mentioned, we did have to replace the broken glass, and towels. These items do come in sets and that explains the amount you were charged. We appreciate the review and input of all our guest. We understand accidents happen, but we do need to replace what is broken and damaged in order for our next guest to find our cabins with all we provide as our previous guest did.
