Lovely place to stay. We had an issue with no hot water the last day which turned out to be something needed to be reset. Staff was friendly and polite!

I arrived at 12:10 am and there was no staff to be found. I had to find another place to stay after traveling all day. Any stranger could of walked in and accessed the propery.

We always have staff on property, however during the overnight shifts the auditor may not be present at the desk but there is a bell available to ring for service. Right off 95, but commute into Boston is lengthy. Too bad they didn’t have dinner, the bar has a few items. No pool, has a gym. Room was clean! Close to shopping and food areas.

Nice hotel, room was clean and bed very comfortable. The bathroom was in need of an update though….very old fixtures and vibe. Hotel allows dogs which is great for dog lovers but annoying when you’re trying to sleep and the dog next door barks all night. If they’re going to allow dogs, they should put those guests in a different part of the hotel so not to disturb other guests. The breakfast was decent but i hate eating off of paper plates and plastic flatware. All in all a decent place for one night, i would have asked for a different room away from the barking dogs if i planned to stay longer.

Wonderful hotel at which we've stayed many times. This time, however, one of this 11 story hotel's two elevators was out of service for "renovations". This was unacceptable. In addition, room have recently been very nicely updated. The beds, however, have not. The bed in our room was saggy and appeared old.

Not great for the price.
TV didn’t work (could turn on and off but couldn’t use other buttons), and there was a hair in the sink, but breakfast was decent and beds super comfortable. And the location is quiet and convenient.

This was a very nice and beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a feast so A to that. The only downside was the limited dining options in the area but I would stay there again.
