MIT 대학과 매우 가까운 기숙사 같은 호텔
호텔이라기 보다는 대학 기숙사 같은 숙박시설입니다. 호텔안에는 대학생으로 보이는 학생들이 많이 숙박을 하고 있었습니다. 그리고 호텔 높은 층에서 묶었는데 전망이 매우 좋아서 보스턴 시내 모습이 한 눈에 들어왔습니다. 그리고 호텔 방 안에는 주방 시설이 있어서 요리해서 밥을 먹기가 좋았지만 근처에 마트가 없어서 자동차가 없는 경우 실제로 주방을 이용하기가 어렵습니다.

It is near the MIT, it was important for us. We had a full kitchen, but there were not a kettle there. We had to prepare tea by strange coffee maker. )) otherwise kitchen was very well equiped. Too quiet place, subway station Kendall MIT is nearby. Room was large , comfortable, clean,with iron, hairdryer, but no safe box. It was strange. Breakfast was the same every day, only omelette with some sausage, yoghurt, bagel, coffee, porridge, fruit. We stayed here 5 years ago, and compared to that stay breakfast was very poor, but for several days stay it was ok. Stuff is friendly, cleaning is excellent. If you need a comfortable, clean hotel with kitchen near the MIT I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff and the customer service my four friends and I experienced for a weekend girls trip was phenomenal. I can’t say enough great things about their staff and how helpful and easful they made our stay. Truly would love to come back and stay at this exact location based solely on the customer service because it was impeccable.

While I am never a daily fan of a resort fee, it was nice to have the $25 credit for food. But the staff needs to explain better that the credit is for any purchase in their store or bar (Bar has limited options mostly fried food). Not a fan of $50 a day for parking. The added $75 a day fee should be better advertised as it distorted the real room daily rate.

Everything was great! The only complaint is when an extra blanket was requested at 8:15 in the evening the front desk said they were too busy 45 mins later to deliver on the request and it was cancelled.

The room is spacious and quiet, very nice. Some service could be improved, for example, we hope there could be umbrellas for customers to borrow during rain or snow days.

Rooms are clean and well-ordered. Parking is slightly confusing and no valet. The room was freezing but engineering came to the room to tell me the heat was working. Room finally warned up at 1:00 am. Seriously convenient and adequate for our MIT visit.

The rooms are nice and big. The kitchen was a great bonus. Buffet breakfast was better than expected. Lots of options. One elevator was out of service, so at times there could be a wait for the elevator. But not too bad.

The hotel is great but watch out for bunch of extra charges that are not necessarily explained when you check in. Apparently the daily destination fee includes some fitness classes, afternoon tea, and food person but I didn't know about it until the day of the checkout. In their defense it was written on the envelope of the check-in cards. Bunch of incidentals were also charged to be my card but I've no ideas why multiple charges. I'm told they will be taken off when I contacted the front desk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence Inn in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. One thing that stood out to me was how accommodating they were to my extra guest. It's always a relief when a hotel is flexible and understanding about unexpected changes to your plans, and The Residence Inn certainly exceeded my expectations in this regard. The pull-out couch in our room was surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing space for my guest. It's always a bonus when extra sleeping arrangements are not only available but also comfortable enough to ensure a good night's rest. I must also commend the evening staff, who were particularly outstanding during my stay. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my experience at The Residence Inn in Cambridge was fantastic. From the accommodating staff to the comfortable amenities, it's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay in the area.

The only problem we had with the property is the heat wasn't working. They had someone look at it and it still didn't work. It was pretty cold in our room.

Parking issues
We were in Boston for a swim meet, accommodations were exactly what we needed. What we didn’t need was the expense of parking! Hotel only had so many parking passes for the garage, first come first serve! So instead of a flat rate for the day coming and going as a please I had to pay each time we left! $10 for half hour, $40 for 1 hour and 45 minutes,over night another $48! I know parking is at a minimum but providing you guests a spot at a fixed rate is needed!
