Palvelu hidasta ja henkilökunta ei ollut iloisia vaan kyllästyneitä työhönsä.Kylpyhuone homeessa ja voin alalla työskentelevänä sanoa että pitäisi pistää käyttökieltoon,koska haju jo niin voimakas,että jopa itselle tuli siitä pääkipeäksi.Myös parvekkeen lattia homeessa ja lauttojen saumoista nousi vesi ylös kun sinne meni.Huonetta ei käyty siivoamassa kertaakaan ja kun pyysimme siivojan,hän tyhjensi vaan roskikset mutta ei vaihtanut pyyhkeitä eikä petivaatteita.Lakana ei pysynyt nukkuessa paikallaan ja sen alta paljastui että joustinpatja aivan hirveässä kunnossa,ruskeita läikkiä täynnä.

Hotellihuone oli kylmä, koska sijaitse maantasalla, ovena toimi terassinovi, jonka sai avaimella kiinni. Ensimmäisenä yönä tosi kylmä, koska huoneessa ei ole peittoja ne näytyy pyytää erikseen respasta. Lattia on kaakeloitu, suosittelen ottamaan villasukat matkaan lisäksi nurkissa ja vaatekaapissa näytti olevan hometta. Huoneessa astiat ja jääkaappi, astioita en kuitenkaan suosittele käyttämään..

Бюджетный отдых в тихом месте.
Сам отель неплохой и современный. Район тихий с недорогими кафе и магазинами. Был заказан завтрак и ужин. Но это -не шведский стол (нигде об этом не написано было при бронировании). Все приносит официант. Если завтрак ожидаем и известен, то ужин никогда не известен. Что принесут, не предсказуемо. И если мы уже сидели за столиком и ждали еды, всегда получали ответ официанта, что он не знает , что ему дадут для нас. .Выбор отсутствует. Хотя мы-люди неприхотливые и нам хватало того, что приносили. Стартер был салат или суп, основное блюдо какое-то мясное изделие с гарниром и на десерт - фрукты, или арбуз. Один раз было мороженное.

При настаняването ни се налагаше да чакаме доста, докато дойде мениджърката. На рецепция младежът беше изключително изгубен и неориентиран. Не бяха наясно стаята готова ли е и т.н, а часът беше след 14:30.. Личеше си, че чаршафи и хавлии бяха прани, но в ужасна кондиция(прекалено захабени и на петна). Беше пълно с паяжини, паяци и прах. Кърпи се сменят ежедневно само при доплащане. Не ни работеше климатика, смениха ни дистанционното и всичко беше точно. Телевизорът също не работеше, майсторът знаеше, но никой не ни беше уведомил до момента, в които не сигнализирахме за проблем. Вероятно за цената, която платихме (изключително ниска) не би трябвало да имам каквито и да е очаквания, но би било добре, ако се поработи върху обслужване на гостите.

Outside nice looking hotel, inside awfull
We will never come to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone. Hotel staff was very unfriendly with sour faces. They charged us E5 for parking daily, plus wifi E5 for 6 hours for every single gadget, and internet connection wasn't good. There was also charge for hair dryer and iron. We arrived at night, toilet seat was broken and fridge defrosted and leaking on the floor. the receptionist gave me a mop and I had to do clean it myself. There was always smell from the shower hole like from toilet. At night time there was always drunk people being noisy on the floor and we couldn't sleep, because we heard everything. Pillows were very hard and unconfortable. The only person we liked was our cleaner Sevda, she was very friendly, chatty, keeping our room clean and making nice decorations on the beds from towels. Also restaurant staff was nice and friendly. We wouldn't go to this hotel even if we had it for free. We were extremely dissapointed.

The managers were very stupid and unreal, fight with most of there custemers, they steel from you if you not awake. The room you book is not the room you get-----everything is fake

Worse 2 managers ever seen....
The 2 managers vere so rude. Everyday they had fights vith custermers,because they either were moved to another hotel or because of they wanted money at check in even the room were prepaid. I had the same problem,my room vas prepaid.but anyway they took money cash from me at check in. It tooks 4 days to get some of my money back. They really try to cheat everybody, 10 leva pingpong,40 for saftybox even my reservation told it was in the room free of charge. The worse 2 managers ever seen,and the police have to come to the hotel to fix problems. Big sign at the elevators tells you it cost 50 eu 1 time time you play with it and 200 SECOND TIME. Met 1 old man who night was a little drunk and misclick 2 times, he had to pay 50eu or the would call police----yes he paid----

During your stay you did not have a complaint, you talked to the reception staff every day and enjoyed your vacation.The rules in the 3-star hotel are changing towels for 3 days and changing sheets for 5 days. Keep in mind that yours have been changed 2 times as often as you like for free. Best Regards

Stay away from this hotel! Hold deg unna
Vi var en gjeng på 3 gutter som bestilte dette hotellet. Når vi bar fremme viser det seg at de har ingen rom på dette hotellet til oss så vi blir sendt til et nærliggende hotel med. Vi ble da møtt av en sur resepsjonist. Vi spurte flere ganger om rengjøring men da fikk vi en kost og ble bedt om og vaske selv. Vi fikk ingen nye håndklær og rommet var ment for kun 2 personer hvor de kastet en gammel sofa inn. Jeg oppfordrer til alle til og holde seg unna. Stay away for gods sake! Dirty, no cleaning, not 3 star maybe 1

Disgrace! Bahami residence said there was a problem with our booking and had no spare rooms...I had booked in advance and had the confirmation. They moved us to bahami hotel which they also owned. It was dingy and unclean. I had originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette...they charged us the same price to stay in a one bedroom with roll out beds. No kitchenette and a broke small fridge. The staff were useless and we could not even book a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Wifi was terrible and all in all we were very disappointed. I would be wary booking through hotels.com again as you had confirmed my booking which was then later revoked upon arrival by the hotel staff. Disgusted and absolutely ruined our weekend away

Awful hotel with unhelpful owner.
The hotel overbooks the main Bahami Residence so you have to accept the alternative Bahami Hotel down the road which is outdated and run down will no facilities. When we refused the room there they eventually found us a room in the main building but the rest of our party - we had booked 5 rooms altogether - were put in other building or had to wait until 7pm to get a room despite arriving at 2pm. Even our room in the main building was not good. The shower flooded, the sheets did not fit the bed and as there were no mattress protectors we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses; the curtains did not draw across the entire windows so the bedroom was like an oven by 6am; despite being an apartment for 4 we only had 3 chairs and no sofa. The staff did not help in any way except to offer me a mop to mop up the water from the shower! We left after one night - we had booked for 4.

"Bad, worse, Bahami"
I’d seen bad hotels, but this one defies belief.Our booking said we would have a 35m² room at Bahami Residence with a view of the pool and a kitchen. Upon arrival we were first asked to pay (in cash). We did, although the price was somewhat higher than the booking said (the explanation being that a local tax was omitted in the booking because Hotels.com hadn’t made it possible for the hotel to declare it).Then we were taken to another building (saying only Bahami), farther from the beach and with a stony path leading to it, and shown to a room far below the stated size, with a distant view of another hotel’s pool, and no kitchen. We protested, the manager came, and we learned this: The room was 35m² all right, as the thickness of the walls was counted in; the booking didn’t say which hotel’s pool; and whatever it said, the price we’d paid was for a room without a kitchen. But we could be moved to one with a microwave oven and be lent a little stove, pans, crockery and cutlery, and should be thankful, as kitchens normally weren’t so equipped. We accepted the change.The next day, when we came back from the beach, we found that all kitchen equipment that had been brought to our room was gone! So much about lending it to us as an upgrade. And during our whole stay the room wasn’t made up even once, the towels and sheets were never changed, the supply of soap, shampoo and toilet paper wasn’t renewed and the bin wasn’t emptied. (The wi-fi was mostly down too.)Don’t go there. Ever.

do not recommend!
they put us in a room as the room we booked was not available, then after 2 days moved us in another room which did not meet any of the description in the original reservation: no double bed, no sofa, no ventilation in the bathroom. the room was not clean, found litter under the bed, nor was being cleaned during the stay. the cleaning lady only took the trash. moist and bad smell in the room. shower leaking on the floor. no breakfast provided as per the reservation.

L'hotel est bien placé, les chambres sont bien et spacieuses. Il y a juste eu un problème quand nous sommes arrivés, Hotel.com avait fait une erreur entre la chambre réservée et celle que l'hotel nous a donné, du coup nous avons du payer 90€ de plus pour avoir la chambre que nous souhaitions et pour laquelle nous avions réservé!

Отель удобно расположен в центре, фото не соответствует номерам, на самом деле это отель Bagami Complex без кух уголка а как обычный номер, балконом нам достался малюсенький, за 7 дней ни разу не убирались и не меняли полотенца, только выбрасывали мусор и меняли туалетную бумагу. Но в целом нам ничего и не надо было, никто не мешал и не беспокоил.

Nöjd med Bahami RESIDENCE. (inte Bahami Hotel)
Bodde på Bahami RESIDENCE, inte Bahami hotel, stor skillnad mellan dem tydligen. Vid ankomst måste man betala sin vistelse KONTANT, i € eller Leva. Frukost ingår INTE utan kostar 25 sek per person och dag. Efter tillsägelse städades rummet varje dag. Superfint rum, underbart lugnt läge men nära till partycentrum. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell, men betänk infon i början.

Low budget - low service hotel
Hotel's personnel was not very professional. Everyone, including the hotel manager, were very impersonal and were not greeting the clients passing through the lobby. they were simply sitting on the bar on Facebook or palying games, while clients were passing and observing this. In addition, the housekeeping personnel was eager to "get out of there as early as possible" and was knocking on the doors even with "Do not disturb sign" on with the idea to hand in some towels and not come back even to throw the garbage out later. The beds were never done by the housekeeper. The breakfast was fine - always the same but for us it was sufficient. This is a small hotel with a lower class but the personnel can definitely change it by changing their attitude and becoming more friendly to customers. It is OK if you need a low budget hotel with the idea to sleep over only and do all your business elsewhere.

Dette hotel ligger ikke i Nessebar, men i Sunny Beach! Min kæreste og jeg valgte dette hotel fordi det havde køkken på værelset - det viste sig så, at der ikke var noget køkken alligevel, Værelset i sig selv var udemærket. Rummeligt og OK altan. TV'et virkede ikke, og personalet var fuldstændig lige glade - det var som om at det var vores eget problem. Der var mini køleskab, som slukkede hver gang vi forlod rummet. Mange unge havde valgt dette hotel, så der var larm natten lang. Der er ca 10 minutters gang til stranden. Gratis morgenmads buffet.
