Lovely B&B and would highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and clean, owner was very friendly and helpful and an excellent breakfast. Would stay here again if I’m in the area again

A lovely hotel very close to Boscombe pier. Dog friendly & you have use of their garden too. Hosts were lovely & very welcoming. Room was a good size with a huge bed & very comfortable. Will definitely use again if in Bournemouth area.

The room was cold on both nights. Owner said they had sorted heating but heating didn’t come on. Shower temperature gauge not working properly - freezing cold to boiling hot water without warning. Very expensive for what it was. However host was very welcoming.

Exceptionally friendly welcome. Bargain priced clean comfy single room with shared bathroom - 4 single rooms share 2 bathrooms 1 of which is very spacious. Wide corridors lined with a wonderful carpet giving an air of grandeur when walking about. Sink with hot / cold water kettle in room. I did not sample the breakfast..book in advance. Free off street parking at rear and safe plentiful free on street parking at front. A short walk to Boscombe high street which is ok. 1 miles to Bournemouth town centre and a pleasant 1/2 mile stroll to cliff top path. A very happy stay.

Cosy room and very friendly staff
We stayed with our 2 daughters and we all loved the decoration of the room with a cute beach theme! Made us feel like we were truly on holiday right by the beach! Excellent location, a walk from the beach and had a nice holiday feel to it. It was very nice that the hotel had a library of DVDs to borrow for the girls to watch a movie too. They definitely take care of all the details. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect!
Lovely place to stay. The hotel is clean, cosy and comfortable and the staff were excellent in welcoming me at check-in and making sure I had everything I needed. The tea/coffee tray in the room even had a mini cafetiere with a little packet of real delicious coffee! It is slightly out of town but if you like a bit of peace and quiet at night then this is to your advantage. Although I didn´t choose the breakfast option the breakfast room looked really nice with a log fire and I could be tempted to pay the extra money for this next time. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I am in Bournemouth

Clean, warm hospitality, very reasonable hotel!
A warm greeting from Val, cosy and modern decoration. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom. Everything was very neat and clean. Large TV, DVD Player (selection of DVDs, Books and games to borrow from main lobby) , sink in bedroom, Kettle and comp Teas/Coffee, cold water etc etc. This was ideal nights stay before and early job interview the next morning, and I couldn't believe the price! A cheaper alternative to your Holiday Inn/ Travelogue type hotel and with more heart. Recommended 10/10!

Lovely people and was very helpful on our surround
Lovely clean hotel with lovely donna and val who made us feel welcome and was very helpful and have our kids a goody bag on arrival and also could borrow the dvds for in the room. Only downside was we could not have a shower as the fitting was too high and not pointing down into shower so had to hold it for kids to wash.

Extremely friendly hosts
We required a room on a trip down to Bournemouth. The Waves In staff we're extremely friendly, the breakfast included in the room rate was of high quality and the room itself was neat and tidy.

B&B gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van strand en restaurants. Vriendelijk en goed ontbijt. Kamer: prima bedden en benodigdheden voor kopje thee of koffie. De douche ruimte met wastafeltje en toilet is heel krap.
