The motel has a decent location. Walking back from downtown requires going up a steep hill, but there is a free trolley. The room was clean, the floor lamp didn’t work but I made it without the additional light. The parking lot is not level so prepare yourself for an adventure in balance, but there are plenty of spaces.

A short walk to the Landing this motel has average, older rooms with a strong smell of cleaning solution. The price and good location made it a decent choice.

Enjoyed the proximity to the Landing and pet friendly. Manager was great, she was very accommodating and helpful 🌞 Room was very small, but clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice room, but the warm water faucet leaked and it was a little noisy with traffic and rooms upstairs. Decent breakfast. Overall pleasant stay. Would come back again.

Was not told the pool was closed, still paid full price. Stayed 2 nights, room service did not make the bed, did not replace the coffee, and did not replenish the towels. It is a great location in Branson. This is the first review I HAVE EVER LEFT for a hotel. They were not busy, no excuse for subpar service. There were like 30 guests in this hotel at best.

WE KEEP OUR POOL OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. WE SLOW DOWN ENOUGH EVERY JANUARY TO REFRESH OUR POOL WITH PAINT AND DO OUR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AT THAT TIME ON OUR POOL. WE WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE HOUSEKEEPING ISSUE WE WILL TALK TO THE STAFF ABOUT THAT MATTER THATS A UNUSAL COMPLAINT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. OUR PRICES ARE DISCOUNT DUE TO POOL BEING OUT OF SERVICE FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY. WE HOPE IN FUTURE STAY YOU WILL GIVE OUR BRAND ANOTHER CHANCE.

Staff was great. This should be listed as a motel, the doors are accessed from the outside. I wish this had been disclosed. The surrounding area is fine enough but the property itself is very dated. The rooms were musty and the bathroom smelled like urine once the steam from the shower was going. The beds were very comfortable and the shower got good and hot so that was nice. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever seen, but should be a $60/night stay at most. Only was I would consider going back.

Good location, close to downtown, parking, & the highway. Comfortable room but tiny bathroom. Staff was excellent. I should have known when I saw the complimentary earplugs that this is a noisy place. I'm not a fan of the outside entrance and this is an older motel.

It was the noisest room ever. Could hear everthing above us, plus someone left a dog crying in thier room for quite a while. I usually like staying here, but not this time.

This high revenue generating BW is a property BW should be ashamed of; this is a high traffic (literally) hotel that BW has not bothered to reinvest into for years. The hotel is depressingly shabby with rooms in an awful mustard and brown decor, shorting out lighting, and we had the misfortune of a room facing the ceaseless traffic of highway 76 Country Blvd. The earplugs they provided didn't have a fighting chance at mitigating the exceedingly loud traffic. They should not even rent these rooms it is so bad, and has the additional annoyance of glaring klieg lights outside. I frequently book BW for one or two night travels, but would never stay in this one again. It is in appalling condition and the breakfasts were a real disappointment too.
