I very much appreciate comments from guests. I would wish that every potential guest at Celebration Cove would ask about any amenities they want that are not in the listing before renting. I never want my guests to be feel they wanted something that they couldn't have! The condos at Celebration Cove are lakefront and lake view. The pool is available for swimming. These are private, extremely well built and beautiful vacation homes furnished personally by each owner in their particular style. Private docks are not openly available to all for swimming or fishing on Table Rock Lake. You can certainly fish from the shoreline. The docks in front of the condo building are for the use of the owners who have purchased one and pay for the upkeep and permits.- and they pay a large price for such ownership and upkeep of their slips. It is a Corp of Engineers managed lake and owners must follow guidelines of the Corp - including the registration of the boat that is permitted for use in the slip - and owners are not allowed to rent or permit use by others. We certainly do not advertise any of the above uses being available. We can connect you with a slip and boat launching and a place to park a trailer for $25.00 per day and is short walking distance from the condo. The condos offer a huge concrete deck for enjoying the view and socializing. They are spacious and offer terrific big kitchens with granite counters and laundry space with washers and dryers. They are wonderful big family spaces. They have all of the amenities listed. We offer beautiful, spacious condos and some of the best views on the lake in one of the closest to Branson lakefronts you can find. Please always ask questions for anything not specified. I have been a Realtor and property manager in Branson for 17 years and want the happiest of clients!

I so appreciate the client writing this review. It was such a pleasure working with him! The condos are really beautiful and I believe they are among the very best in Branson and the lake view is fantastic! I do want to make one correction - and I already sent a note to the writer of the review - he considered renting a slip and I made the connection for him in case he brought a boat. He ended up not boating on this trip and made the assumption that the dock directly in front of the condo building - to the left in his picture had the slip he would be renting and it is not! That is a private dock; not rentable if it was in good condition and it is not. Table Rock Lake is a Corp of Engineers managed shoreline. Private docks are permitted but owners may not rent them. The dock location where I can arrange boat accommodations is a very well kept commercial dock to the right of the condo building.

Thank you so much for sending a great review for us. Online there are so many reviews and it becomes quite confusing. The main thing that I would like to clarify is the fact that the Celebration Cove condos are not a resort. The condos are all privately owned. The HOA allows rentals and this is an excellent place that is actually in Branson and every condo is Table Rock lake front and also fantastic lake views from every deck. This listing is made up of six condos; 3 one bedrooms and 3 two bedrooms. We are a new listing this year and appreciate the descriptions from the people who have actually visited and stayed in our condos!
