Just ok
Good-Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not so good-thin walls, small bath towels, no hangers or dresser, lack of outlets, and only luke warm water at best-both mornings. That being said, we have stayed there before and may again due to proximity of BOA

Terrible… La primera habitación tenía animalitos en la cama, chinches, pulgas, nos cambiaron a otro cuarto y fue lo mismo la cama con animales!!!… en las almohadas, cobijas en todos lados ! Muy buena hubicacion pero no regresamos a este lugar.

We are very disappointed to hear this. We take health and cleanliness very seriously and have record of having a bug-free motel. We get routine health inspections.

It was very close to the strip and close to the places we wanted to go. Fairly quiet except for the helicopter ride that was close by. Friendly, helpful staff.

Awful
They were closed when I arrived at 9:30 and I had to call them. I guess I woke the lady at the front desk to check us in. Took her forever to check us in and then she tried to tell me I didn’t rent the rooms at the same time and I did. Went into our room and there was blood on mattress and box springs. Sheets were clean but did not fit the mattress. It was the worse experience I have ever had with hotels.com.

Very clean room. There were a couple of other guests checking in ahead of me. The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. She kept the line moving quickly while still maintaining very courteous and thorough service to each person. Breakfast items were simple but adequate. The location is so convenient to access most shows and restaurants in town.

After reading the review i started not to book here but decided to and glad i did. The beds was so comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms clean, and it was close to everything. Will definitely stay here again. It was a little outdated but that didnt bother us.

No complaints.
Check-in was pretty seamless. Receptionist’s children were present during check-in. Room was adequate, and clean. Did notice something crusty on the underside of the comforter. Comfy beds. Quiet environment, slept great. Would stay here again. Great value.

Staff were very warm and welcoming. However, Upon getting into our room there were dirty wash cloths left in our shower, the heater smelled like something burning, and the room was in need of a general deep clean. We found wrappers and food missed in clean up. There were multiple cups full of cigarette butts sitting outside of rooms as well even though it’s posted that you’re not allowed to smoke near the building.

Super easy check in and check out. Room was clean, dated but clean. Did have a fridge and a microwave which was a plus. Pool was clean and well kept. Linens need some love, lots of spots that were a lil iffy. Overall it met our needs for just staying one night.

Family favorite
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds...our kids and grandkids really enjoyed the stay. Location by The Tracks is incredible but it is enhanced by the simple amenities of both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room with the family friendly staff.

So close to everything
Awesome family owned hotel! I didn't realize this property was directly on the strip and had the helicopter landing pad and ferris wheel within the same large parking lot. It made the stay very exciting to be so close. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. It was quiet at night despite being on the strip. Parking was always available. The pool was clean and great fun for the kids. This is the type of hotel you really make family memories at and we had a wonderful stay. We will absolutely try to book here first when we return to Branson.

This was our 2nd stay here but not as pleasant as the 1st time. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke so I requested a different room which they gave us. A couple hours later there was a knock at the door from another guest holding the key to our room. The front desk had given them the key to our room by mistake after switching rooms. Luckily the other couple had seen my son and I walk into the room so they knocked instead of just walking in and the front desk quickly fixed the mix up. Convenient location to walk to the track and ferris wheel. Not sure I will stay here again though

nice and cozy
The guy running the place was very on the ball and nice. He has done a lot of remodel and my room was in a great spot. I could see the cars and the sky drop from my room, and had a chair to set outside. It was very clean and redone nice. I slept very well other than the pillows were to big and it hurt my head. Will stay there again.

Check in was good ,room was dated ,but beds were comfortable. refrigerator didn't work but they brought us another one .ok stay for the money...we had reservations for Friday and Saturday night .but decided not to stay Saturday night and they refunded my money

Great Motel With Great Views, and Great Price!
I absolutely LOVE Oak Grove Inn! It's where I stay every time that I'm in Branson! It's close to the Ferris Wheel and you can walk to it. They offer in-room coffee, but also have coffee and muffins in the lobby. They have an amazing swimming pool, onsite laundry machines, drink machines and they have chairs outside of your room for you to sit and enjoy the view! The office staff is amazing! They'll help you with any need that you may have. It may be a smaller motel, but I will always recommend it to anyone!

What a joke. I picked this hotel because of the great reviews and that it was close to a lot of stuff. It was old and dirty and LOUD. I didn’t get any sleep for there was extremely loud music going on. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for the added comfort and cleanliness somewhere else.

the three C’s - clean, comfortable and convenient.
good for the money. comfortable, clean and centrally located. the hotel is older and a bit worn. but, everything worked with no issues. each time we stay here, we find improvements have been made. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Okay Room, Some Features Needed Improvement
The main issue was someone had clearly kicked in the door at some point and it hadn't been fixed yet, so the room wasn't really secure. Also had a hard time closing and *locking* the door. Internet service was impossible. Kept kicking my husband off, when he could actually get signed in, and we wound up using his phone for wi-fi. Also needed more easier-to-get-to outlets, since we plug our laptops in (limited battery life). I was initially put off by the bare hardwood floors, but when we got our invoice it showed that the rooms were intended as pet-friendly, so that explains that (will make a note, as we may be traveling with our cats sometime). Also, the tub was too small. (Husband has wide shoulders, is nearly 6' tall and fit in like a sardine; I can't get out of such a tub due to knee issues, so we had to just take showers.) On the plus side: beds were comfortable and we slept like logs. It was a good location as in close to 76, but hard to navigate around to. The room was spotless and the AC worked, maybe a little *too* efficiently; microwave worked well, fridge was okay (and we appreciated not being charged extra for either). If you are simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep and relax, and you only need a phone and cable TV (no Internet), this place will likely fill the bill. I don't see us staying here again, but you never know.
