The dog rooms at this hotel are much cleaner than most other rooms at other hotels that accept pets. They are working to improve the grounds and make upgrades to the facility because they are under new ownership. The new manager is wonderful.

The front lobby was not very inviting, it just looked like something had been thrown together, behind the front desk was a mess. I found a roach in my room and the towels were clean but awful. I didn't attempt to try and eat there because of what I found in my room.

I believe we stayed in the off season so no breakfast was offered. Only there 1 night. The unit 201 was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The bonus is: Pet friendly (yay and thank you!) and the outside lighting (at night) extremely well Illuminated. Kudos!

We were not happy with this hotel at all, they said they offered a breakfast and after we checked in on 12/29/23 the next day the office was closed, we waitied outside in the cold for breakfast. We never saw anyone in the office after we checked in. If we needed someone we would have been in trouble. When we went to check out I couldn't even do that, I had to go back to the room and leave the room cards on the dresser. We were close to running out of toilet paper, and towels. We picked this place because of the reviews, the pictures and it having a hot breakfast. We have spent about an extra 100.00 dollars on breakfast for the time we stayed there. I have called the place 3 times alreadt to tell someone where I left the room cards. We have traveled for 40 years being married and have never been so DISAPPOINTED in a hotel. We are also hosting an exchange daughter from France and this was very embarrassing. Can you please do something on your end about this hotel please. It’s was not bad, but not great. The lady at front desk had a hard time finding our reservation. She ended up finding it so it worked out. She started laughing randomly when giving me the room cards. So that was odd… The room was okay. The mattresses were terrible. Every movement you could feel the springs and hear them. It left our backs sore. But it is what it is. It was exactly what you’d expect from a cheaper hotel room just for a place to sleep. I personally don’t plan on staying here again, but I’m not upset that I did either. The area was convenient.

Hotel itself was as expected. Staff was a girl (desk help) and her boyfriend (maintenance). They live there and are obviously on drugs. Charged me two times but doesn’t know how to refund. Couldn’t do or tell me anything but sorry. Have to have my cc company dispute charges. Crazy

Hotel needs updating. It appeared there was newish flooring in the room, and the price were the only positives for the place. The room looked like the ceiling might collapse if someone stomped too hard upstairs. The tub was very stained along with the sink. Bed was awful a frame and a combo box spring matress. Breakfast was not available.

Staff was nice but they don't stay on property after 7p. They didn't have any food for breakfast like advertised and the mattress was an old spring style. It was okay but not what I would think of when going to Branson.

I enjoyed staying here because my fur baby could stay. I was most disappointed about the breakfast, I stayed there 4 nights and did'nt get breakfast not one time. The fact that no one was on hand if something went wrong after 8:00 pm was concerning.

When I got to my room the digital entry system was beeping. I learned that meant that the door wouldn't lock. It was later fixed. The room was adequate. There was no breakfast because of a plumbing issue. The beds looked like sofa sleeper type but weren't bad. I do not plan on going to this motel again.

We chose this hotel because of the breakfast and the look of the building. It was dirty the room smelled and lights were out. I was really disappointed. The price was great. But I was really shocked over the dirt in the room. Cat hair everywhere we did not know about no breakfast until check in. I think we should have been told before hand.

Very disappointing.
We have always loved this place. This time, the breakfast was very disappointing and no coffee (coffee machine in breakfast room didn't work). Room price for the middle of the week, too high. Overall cleanliness in our room was poor. We bought a bottle of Lysol and cleaned it. The receptionist, G, was the best part of the stay.

Disappointing
Very disappointed. We have been regulars at Ozark Valley Inn for several years but unlikely to return. The advertised free breakfast did not occur for 2 mornings which was disruptive to our schedule. No explanation was provided except "they haven't made a delivery for 2 weeks." really breaks my heart as I love the place.

I was put into hospital for emergency surgery and had to cancel. First noone at this property answered the phone when i called to notify them, then when Expedia tried to contact them to notify them noone would answer the phone. Terrible communication. Wanted to reschedule my visit but it will not be with them.

Cheap hotel
It was ok, breakfast was terrible. It was a cheap place to say. Won’t use it again. Cheaper to stay at a hotel that offers a good breakfast and not have to spend the money at a restaurant.

The room was dirty, brown streams on the bathroom walls. Bathroom door didn’t work. Room smelled terrible. Advertised outdoor hot tub was not operational. Pool is very small and crowded. Very disappointing experience, not accurately advertised.
