위치 좋음
위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 구시가지 구경도 다 걸어서 가능하고, 도나우 강도 가깝습니다. 룸에서 브라티슬라바 성도 보이고, 관광하기에는 최고의 위치었습니다. 레노베이션 한 지 얼마 되지 않아서 룸도 다른 시설들도 다 깨끗합니다. 다만 같은 건물 1층에 클럽이 있어서 금요일 밤에 클럽 근처 방은 좀 울림이 심하고 시끄러웠습니다. 소리에 민감하신 분들은 방 배정을 클럽에서 먼 곳으로 배정을 받는 게 좋을 거 같습니다.

Perfect location to walk around and explore the town. I would stay here again. The room has everything you need. The restaurant closes very early so no late night room service. The bed was not comfortable.

The hotel itself was great, but take care to understand exactly what is included in your rate, especially if you intend to use the pool: we were challenged every time we went to the pool, where the attendent told us every time that we had to pay £15 per person per 3-hour period, despite there being no mention of extra charges being required for the spa facilities when we booked. Each challenge was resolved by a call to reception, but it was quite tedious to go through it every time.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Zur Burg in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt in der Altstadt. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn. Unser Zimmer 315 hatte eine Verbindungstüre zum anderen Zimmer. Wir hörten jedes Wort und musste Earplugs verlangen. Schade… In diesem Hotel lohnt es sich zu fragen, ob das Zimmer eine Verbindungstüre hat! Alles in allem wegen der guten Lage und es doch hohen Komforts ist das Hotel empfehlenswert .

Schlechter geht es nicht!
Wir fahren Jahre lang regelmäßig nach Bratislava aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das ist das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel und der schlechteste Service. Am Empfang wurde nicht deutsch und auch nicht slowakisch gesprochen und Englisch ganz schlecht. Wir würden beim Check ihn nicht begrüßt und es wurde uns entgegen der Zusage ein Zimmer zur lauten Seite gegeben. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde das Zimmer Zimmer von meinen anderen Mitarbeiter getauscht aber die Überraschung war in dem Zimmer war schon eine junge Frau. Die war natürlich zu Recht irritiert das plötzlich die Tür aufging und meine Frau und ich vor der Türe standen. Das geht gar nicht! Der Mitarbeiter sagte dass das Zimmer frei sein muss und er wird die Frau in dem Zimmer fragen warum sie dort ist. Das ist nicht professionell. Wir bekommen dann in anderes Zimmer das dritte an dem Abend. Zusätzlich war noch die Drehtür nicht nutzbar man musste sich mit den Koffern und Taschen an der normalen Tür hinein quälen weil jemand eine rote Schleife aufgespannt hatte. Die Parkgarage ist alles komplette Fläche zu bezeichnen. Wir bezahlten für eine Nacht 32 € und alle Plätze wo man problemlos parken könnte sind dauervermietet und für Hotelgäste nicht nutzbar. Für den „sehr geschätzten Hotel Gast“ gibt es nur Plätze die von der Größe her durch Säulen eingeschränkt sind und für ein normal großes Auto nicht nutzbar sind. Der Eingang zur Tiefgarage aus der Hotellobby ist überhaupt nicht gekennzeichnet da sucht man verg

Der Club im Hotel war sehr laut. Das Frühstück sehr gut aber am zweiten Tag war aĺles sehr schnell aus.
