Dear Michael, We are saddened to see your review. We are connected to Las Fuentes and about half a mile from ten different restaurants. We also serve continental breakfast in the mornings. The room you stayed in has been thoroughly checked and we will continue to to look for any evidence related to any kind of bugs. When a prepaid reservation is booked, that company charges your card and then a virtual card is provided to us by that company. I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I would like more details on what was not accommodating to you, to improve our property. Again, our apologies.

I'm not sure who you dealt with but unfriendly service is unacceptable. The undergarments that were left outside, was picked up as soon as they were seen. We do have a lot of long term stays that do sit outside of their rooms. I sincerely apologize that you was not happy with your stay.
