Great Location
Excellent value for money and great location with a wonderful view of the sea and promenade. The host was very welcoming and the flat had everything we required for a short stay. Just remember to bring your own towels.

Excellent stay with beach facing flat.
We enjoyed our stay. The flat is very clean and well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had essential pots and cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had a double and a bunk bed in the bedroom. The host is very helpful and accommodating to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend the flat for families with kids.

Gorgeous location
Beautiful sea view from this clean apartment. Soft beds and comfortable lounge with a small kitchen area that had all the equipment we needed to cook our own meals. Easy access to the South beach and the rest of Bridlington. We recommend the Aloha restaurant next door very highly too.

The host and daughter so helpful, friendly. They leave you to enjoy your holiday.Brilliant location of flats. We had a seaview from 1st floor flat, really comfortable, really clean,most comfortable beds we've ever had away too! Free parking.2 minutes walk to beach and great cafe there, offering takeaway.Near the Spa theatre.Bridlington is a lovely place to be, not overcrowded would definitely go back.

We actually stayed in the owners other apartment nearby this has free parking too and was well located near the beach and harbour, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners were helpful and friendly, many thanks we will visit Bridlington again!

Lovely owner and a fantastic view
We loved out stay at Rowntree Holiday Flats! We were four staying in the top apartment, and had plenty of space for all of us. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for families.
Have stayed here previously and also stayed in other apartments owned by other family members. Had a lovely stay each time. Rooms are clean and comfortable and owners very friendly and helpful. Close to all that is going on, but not too close so if it is peace and quiet you want, you can have it! Would recommend.

Beautiful views of the beach and sea,staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children, parking permit was provided for a very small price. Will Definitely be staying again.

Cosy and spacious, perfect for families!
Booked a weekend away. Had a lovely stay! The flat was clean and cosy. Plenty of space (there were 5 of us staying). Had a mini kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and all amenities needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the spar and beach. Only a shirt walk to the town. Also, there are plenty of food take aways if you are wanting tobeat in ranging from fish and chips to chinese. Highly recomend!

Lovely views of the sea. Cozy and comfortable. Only a few minutes distance from beach and the centre of town. Parking permit available from the host at a nominal cost.

Property was an idea location for the event we were attending! Unfortunately the TV's were working throughout the property but the ladies did try and rectify this without success. All the basic needs were met and the two ladies were lovely.

The view is to die for all I will say is the flat is dated and could do with some tlc but you know what you look out the window and it all pails into significance that is what you pay for . The owners are fantastic always on hand thank you

Below standard
The unit was very dated and was in poor repair. The matresses had no foam left leaving metal springs sticking through the fabric. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bed sheets had stains and small brown hairs on them. The toilet seat was loose and the door did not lock. The overall condition of the unit was substandard and we were glad to leave. The common area smelt of old cooking fat. It was a disappointment for the money.

Rowntree Flats Holiday Experience
My two grandchildren and I stayed for two nights in August 2016. I wish I had booked it for the whole week instead. The view of the beach was excellent and was near all amenities.

Very spacious sea view apartment.
Stayed at Ashton Holiday Apartments, which was only a few streets away from Pembroke Holiday Apartments (received tel call from Jean few days before stay to let me know of the change, and give directions). Top floor apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy. Jean made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely views of the sea and harbour. Would definitely stay again.
