Property seemed to be held at ransom by single group of around 30-40 people leaving no access to facilities for other Guests. This group behaved violently even with the Property manager and Management was hapless. I cut short my stay a day earlier due to safety issues.

Highly recommend.
Manager was very accommodating and nice. I was given an upgrade on my room which I was more than happy with. The bed was very comfortable, room had everything that you would need to be self- sufficient. It was just a short walk/drive to town, and to the service station. Highly recommend.

While the overall experience was fair, unmarked parking bays meant poor access due to other patrons' inconsiderate parking. Marked lines would easily resolve this. The freezer section of the fridge didn't work, leading to water dripping in and out of the fridge. The shower rose was broken and water sprayed everywhere. The manager was informed, but was possibly unable to contact a plumber due to long weekend. A few simple fixes to get a 5star rating.

Motel is close to town. Room is big and spacious. However there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. TV in the room needs to be updated as you could only watch a very limited number of channels. Fine for a short stay

More than meets the eye. Whilst the exterior of the building block looked tired, the room and facilities were very good, as was the proximity to the CBD, and top value. Parking got a bit messy when booked out, but that was a very minor hassle. Would stay again for sure

stay 2 nights for a short trip during the long weekend, everything was good & handy. The only down side was we heard the snoring from next door the whole night.

We had an excellent experience in Sierra Motel. Clean and tidy room with everything you need for your trip away. Friendly and accommodating manager and stuff make you feel at home. This place is our preferred place to stay in Bright during the summer months as well as in winter while hitting the ski slopes. Highly recommend!

We use this property 3 years ago everything was nice and service and clean we come this time base to our experience we know its not 5 star motel but 3 years ago was equally to 4 stars you feel welcome also the owner was very nice and polite 😊 But this time after 3 years i was shock from the service did not do vacuum cleaning to the room all the period we stay all the trees leaf on carpet and blame us we take some towels from his stock wich never though about it from the owner to speak to me that way he speak in way to put customers down he has no respect at all and i will tell all my friend not use this motel any more I Strongly Not Recommend that Place And i font rated as Half Star i advise Expedia not to keep this motel in her list
