Thanks for your feedback, our staff was cleaning communal kitchen everyday as a part of their job, during Christmas period we were fully booked , people were using kitchen one after another not following the rules in the common area , which causes lot of mess. since then we have now upgraded all pots and pans for the convenience of our guests. During Christmas we were only accepting guest who had made bookings in advance. Because all the food places in the town were closed we were over crowded by walk in guests, we tried our best to feed every one . With kindest regards

I would like to clarify the following 1. Our rates are very competitive and differs during low season,peak season,christmas, easter and public holidays. We are flexible and allow guests to have one night stay if they call us. Motels around us are on much higher rate during easter period with minimum two night stay. 2. We have checked and found wifi fully functional. If you would have come to reception we would have helped you.3 All our room door are sealed and guest have to close the windows fully for wind not to pass.Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we will go through all doors to see if one is missing seal.4 All our rooms have bath towels,bath mat,Hand towels, Face washers.If you have given us the opportunity we would have shown you bath mat (floor towels) or happily given you extra floor towels.Reception opens from 8 am to 9 pm and we are available on phone anytime after 9 pm. . Nevertheless, we are glad you liked your room cleanliness and found lots of covered parking. My team and I do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to and restore your faith in our hospitality. Kindest Regards
