다시가고싶지않은 호텔
이 지역 주민인데 사정이생겨 하루 투숙을하게되었는데 처음가보는 70년대 모텔이었다ㆍ 전반적으로 시설이 낙후되고 오래되어 낸돈7만원이 너무너무아까웠다ㆍ 뜨거운물도 처음에는 잘나오는듯했으나 일정시간지나면서 안나오고 사용할수있는건 TV와 약간 냄새가 나지만 침대뿐ㆍ주변공사때문에 시끄럽고 편의점하나뵈지않음ㆍ 차라리 1-2만원 더 돈을주더라도 시티에가서 머물길 적극추천함ㆍ

The check-in process was terrible. Even though it was an automatic check-in, we didn't receive an email with the room number or password, and we couldn't even enter the building. We ended up calling and emailing the person in charge and finally got into the room. I saw three other guests like me that day. The rooms at this hotel were clean.

Room was basic but clean and sufficient for 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could do with updating but water pressure was great in the shower. Pool was lovely for a dip. There is no lift at this property so was difficult to get luggage and pram to second floor. There is also no storage facilities to leave luggage after check out. However this room was the cheapest option in Brisbane for this weekend and good value for the price. Also walking distance to the Citycat ferry and some lovely cafes. Contactless Check in was seamless using codes sent via SMS.

I never got to stay in the hotel, there was no one at reception on my arrival and I had no phone to check in with. The whole experience was a waste of time. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I have anything to do with Expedia or the Hotel

Basically, I wouldnt recommend staying here. Only benefit it has is some proximity to Brisbane Domestic Airport, but you still need to Uber or catch a taxi anyway, so just stay somewhere else.

Hotel is ok. Very basic. Cheap for price. As they say u pay for what u get. Run down place rooms just ok for overnight stay. Pay a lil more get better service elsewhere

When I arrived to my room it had a high smell of mildew. I rang the number provided and it was a call centre. An hour or so later the manager arrived and acknowledged she could smell the same but there were no rooms available and I would have to move elsewhere and my refund would take 10 days. My flight was early in the morning and moving hotel wasn’t an option. I ended up checking the one door that lead outside and it was covered in black mould that they had tried to clean. The smell was horrendous and Expedia should not recommend this place. The new manager was lovely but no staff onsite doesn’t help at all.

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at Alloggio. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the overall hygiene was questionable. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the absence of basic amenities such as cutlery, crockery, and wine glasses was disappointing. Additionally, the lack of face and hand towels, along with having only one chair in the room, made the stay less than satisfactory. The inconvenience of having to request a microwave added to the overall dissatisfaction. Considering the price paid, I regret to say I won't be returning to Alloggio.

Do not use this hotel unless you have internet
No reception and if you do not have australien phone its imposible to check in since it has to be done online. The cleaningstaff is great.

Definitely for the price of this hotel it was horrible and no staff at all for any assistance. Expedia should not be offering this type of accommodation I was very disappointed with everything. Thank goodness we were only there for less than 8 hours

Easy to check in as all access codes are sent via SMS. Grea location, a little lout in the morning as traffic picks up with trucks. overall value for money.

The room is renovated?? The doors are chipped and holes. The sink had not been cleaned. The shower had hair on it and a shower curtain which lets water run everywhere. Staff?? Saw no staff at all. Self check in is fine but there would be no staff to assist if there was a problem.

Beware poor communication. yeh everything is computer generated. Left sitting in carpark as room was not ready until 2:30. Had to ring twice to get an update on what was happening. No apology, nothing. Curtains on windows only just meet. I had to spend 10 mins adjusting curtains so there was no gaps for prioring eyes. Toilet a challenge as it hidden behind the bathroom door. Actually in hindsight unsure if legal

The unit was very basic with a dangerous trip zone in middle of room. The shower recess had broken tiles and no shelf to put your shampoo etc on. Did not live up to expectations
