Checking in after hours - anytime outside of a 3 hour window in the middle of the day - was a painfully slow process with about 5 phone calls and texting and emails. The managers would not help directly and I never spoke to them even though they were in the building. It took me an hour stuffing around to finally get into my room. The rooms though were great.

What I liked was that it was private and my apartment was huge and comfortable with a balcony. I had access to free parking and staff friendly and amenable. Make sure you read your pre arrival instructions so that you gain easy access as the office is only open during certain hours. I would stay there again the place was very affordable and worth every cent.

A very pleasant and spacious one bedroom apartment with everything you could need, including a great view of the city. I checked in after reception hours and the lady who facilitated my stay was very sweet. An excellent location: I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great sized apartment, fantastic location and views, easy after hours entry. Would definitely recommend irrespective of the great value. Car parking is the only issue, limited secure parking under the building.

フロントが10-13時ということなので慌てて10時過ぎに到着しましたが、誰もいません。30分ぐらい待ちましたが誰も来ず、時間外対応と書かれている事務所へ行くことに。 そこでチェックイン手続と、鍵の取り出し方法を教えてもらいました(最初からそのシステム？) 宿に戻り、指定されたMail Boxの暗証番号を合わせると中に鍵が入った封筒がありました。 そのカギはなぜか玄関とルームキーが共通でした。 ドアが古く鍵の開け閉めに苦労しましたが、部屋の中は清潔で設備も整っていました。 ただ鍵が一つしかないうえに、鍵がないと建物に入れないので注意です。 朝便の飛行機に乗るための１泊だったので料理もしませんでしたが、キッチンの設備もよさそう。 ただ「ゴミを駐車場内のゴミ箱に持っていったら清掃代がかかりません」みたいなことが書かれていて、宿泊システムの違いに驚きました。 トータルで考えて、私たちのような素人観光客が泊まる宿ではなさそうです笑

Best thing about this apartment every thing closes food bars different cultures I've stayed there twice now from shift from work before I travel home 3 hours up the coast for remaining days off ! It's good for singles ! But the best thing about is being a couple or a friend or a date that ! Let your hair down go to nite life Nite club discos pubs restaurants backpacks strip clubs an transport rite there ! Well hope you guys have good stays ! The property was great, so clean/tidy aswell. Spacious definately recommend, short walk to RNA showgrounds, easy access to apartment. Underground parking provided. Definately be becak

We booked this two bedroom apartment as we were attending a U2 concert nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by how well presented the apartment was, the fact it had been upgraded as some point and its view and location. We were on the main road but the noise did not seem to be an issue unless you were sitting outside. Great value

I have stayed at some pretty nice places including... Stanford, treasury , some of the oaks in Brisbane over the years but I’ll have to say that I’ll be back to stay there for now on! Value for money and share size of one bedroom apartment was great with everything u could need in it plus FREE PARKING which is a bonus! Not to mention there wasn’t anyone calling at 10:05 to see if you were leaving yet! Big thumbs up! P.s forgot to mention very clean too as my partner is fussy and she couldn’t find anything to pick on which happens on the odd occasion in other places!

We were missing a few living essentials like an ironing board, cutlery, glasses etc and they were immediately replaced that day .... excellent service. There was one apartment where a party went on well into the night. We were that exhausted from working at the show that we fell asleep but I know other people staying in the apartments weren't impressed.

A little outdated but very clean and comfortable
We stayed here for a couple of nights and found it to be perfect for what we needed (we had friends staying close by so we were often at their place and slept back at our hotel). The rooms are outdated in style but everything was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated and seemed newer than the bedroom. The secure basement parking made it easy to come and go as we pleased. Since we had a car, accessing the city and ferry boats was very easy - I don't know how easy it was to use public transport around this area as it's a decent walk into the city and 30mins cab to the ferries.

It was all pretty standard ie no amazing features. I think you should provide dishwasher and laundry powder according to the length of the stay - otherwise someone booked for one night gets the same as a family booked for a week (and the longer-staying, higher-paying family is disadvantaged). The kitchen and bathrooms appeared clean in the night we arrived but less so when I saw them in proper daylight.

Liked: Views, location, amenities Had sugar ants in the bed and after changing sheets the first night, by the third night the ants returned. Disliked: Unable to access wifi and when we called phone numbers providde, no reply or help was given.

The location was good and close to free Spring Hill Bus Loop. Apartment was comfortable, but no WIFI. Would stay again, but only with WIFI.

We liked this property for its location, the spaciousness of the suites, the new paint, kitchen and bathroom, and the under-cover (free) parking. The small pool was great for refreshing at the end of the day, and there is a short walk to two other pools - the tiny and historic Spring Hill Baths, and the 50m lanes of the Centenary Pool. We also liked the interactions with management, who responded quickly. To be improved - the internet connection (often not working), the carpet on the stairs is wearing out, and the garden was visibly wilting and not being tidied or watered. Inside the clothes wardrobes there should be much more efficient storage system. The units fronting Gregory Tce can be noisy but the doors and drapes dealt with that very well. We will continue to use these apartments, as we have for many years, but will try to book a unit at the back of the block, that look out to the city.

Location is excellent. Room sizes and amenities and outdoor spaces are excellent. Would have appreciated provision of tea towel and had cloth/paper hand towels in kitchen area on arrival. Also would be good to have little waste bins in bathroom areas. A very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Spacious and tastefully furnished. Great location loved the big sliding glass doors onto the verandah overlooking the park. Parking was easy. The only irritation was the Sunday check in when no one is available in reception; Information on line rather than on the reception door would have been a time saver.

NO WiFi, No one on site till 10 am till 1 pm,when we rang the number they just said you have to see the staff when on site... were at work then... so the unit looks clean on arrival, but then you see all the hairs on the carpet... we deducted they came from the cleaners when we saw them ....the range hood was filthy, it set off the smoke alarm and the smell was disgusting... the en suite window was locked shut... and NO ducting... on a good note the curtains were blackout but the tracks had been cleaned so they did NOT slide, USE some silicone, just a spray... makes everyone's life better, the bed was good, but the mattress was filthy, glad I didn't look on arrival or we would have gone else where... The Management need's to spend more time here and NOT Micro manage form afar... Could be a great motel, get new managers or sell off to Air b&b Royce & Lars Fox

Our office is located 5mins walk from City Park Apartments, we do have reception working everyday 9am-5pm and also after hours staff available if needed. Unfortunately our FREE WIFI system is currently under maintenance, we have updated on the website that Wifi is not available, but for some of the early bookings we might have missed to inform the guests regarding the changes. Once again thank you for your feedback and thank you for staying with us.
