숙박은 그럭저럭 괜찮은 편이었는데, 와이파이가 무료라 해놓고 용량 제한이 걸려있어 약간은 속은 느낌. 안내데스크가 너무 일찍 문을 닫아서, 키를 받을 방법이 막막해 한참 지체되었고, 전화도 한참 대기 후 연결이 되었고, 대화 중에 끊어져 다시 걸어야 했으며, 다시 걸었어도 또 대기 중. 결국 한참 지체 후 간심히 키를 받아 체크인을 할 수 있었음. 본인들은 이메일로 안내문을 보냈다고 하는데, 나중에 확인해보니 스팸처리 되어있었음. 호텔스,닷컴에서도 안내문을 보내주었더라면 이런 복잡스러운 상황은 안 벌어졌을텐데..

브리즈번 전시장에서 도보로 3-5분 거리에 있습니다. 각종 식당(일본식당, 베트남식딩, 인도식당)과 한국마트도 3분 거리에 있습니다. 큰 현지 마트와 여러 현지식당도 4분거리에 있습니다. 바로 앞에는 넓은 공원이 있습니다. 방안에는 전자렌지를 포함한 조리기구가 갖추어져 있어, 직접 음식을 해 먹을 수도 있습니다. 도심까지 걸어서 25분정도 걸렸습니다. Art Center, Museum까지는 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 아파트 호텔이라서, 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다.

The studio was good, all facilities were there and the bed and bathroom were adequately clean. However, it was very dusty in the room. All edges and skirting boards were extremely dusty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. Apart from this the stay was good and the location is perfect.

Excellent simple property with a well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a pool that we enjoyed in the afternoon shade. The property manager and cleaning staff were extremely responsive with daily housekeeping. A short walk to CBD and right in the middle of two great suburbs with shops and good dinning options.

Sad, depressing and run down. The sofa was peeling. There was one bowl, one spoon, one teaspoon. Bad luck if three of you want to eat cereal. The cupboard smelt dank. When you arrive you’re confronted by a huge screen showing security camera views. What kind of place have we come to? The location was convenient.

The surrounding was excellent, also very friendly people. My room was for disabled directly near the entrance, but I so very loud by people moving into and out the building. The pool was unusable for wheelchair riders. The room was old and damaged at different places. There is no public transport nearby, but as wheelchair rider you must be really sporty to reach this accommodation if you travel for example by train or other public transport.

Excellent location close to Southbank and West End. Great pool to cool off in. BBQ area and outdoor eating area. Washer and dryer as well as all kitchen facilities. Easy check in. Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable after a few nights

Our apartment had everything in it we could possibly need, was very big and comfy. It was maybe a bit dated but it was perfect for us, we were very happy with it.

I had a 5 day getaway at Parkview Apartments, whilst attending afew concerts at Riverstage and Suncorp Stadium. The location was perfect as it was right between the two and I was able to walk to both venues. I loved having West End so close by aswell, did a spot of op shopping/shopping. Ate around the corner at West End Hotel a couple times also. And plenty of vegan/vego options in the vicinity. They had a lovely outdoor patio and pool area which we used before heading to the concerts. Safe undercover car parking, only had a bit of trouble using the remote to open the gate, but may have been the battery. Staff came around and cleaned the bins and offered fresh towels. Perhaps another toilet roll would suffice for a 5 day stay. Loved having a full size kitchen. Ice cold air con and a huuuge comfy bed to snooze in made it feel like I was at home. Thanks for a great stay would stay again.

Good value & convenience
Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Nothing fancy about it but good value if you want the convenience. Car parking is a great inclusion.

The best apartment hotel I had checked in. The property was clean and spacious. Most importantly I had the best night sleep during my stay. There are many dinning options at walkable distances. The CBD is only 1km away, I consider it walkable. The check-in and check-out process was contactless which I liked. Had free parking.

Check in was very quick and staff was very accomodating. Place is very quiet and walking distance to attractions and cafés. Bed was comfortable and bedding was crisp and clean. No complains on cleanliness, all good. Just a suggestion to have a kleenex box in the room would be bonus. Washroom tub can use some renovations including shower curtain need some upgrading. Overall great experience!!

Great walkability to restaurants, breweries, and the River where you can get to even more restaurants and breweries (e.g., Felons) for free on Kitty Kat ferries. Room offered everything we needed and it all worked. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Pool needed a good cleaning.

Pros: Location is fantastic in West End. Short walk to South Bank. 1 Brm apartment is a good size, feels spacious and has plenty of storage. Living area and bedroom both have own aircon which is a huge plus. Also TV in both areas was an unexpected plus as we were using the pull out sofa bed in the living area for our child. Cons: HVAC exhaust fan on the roof above apartment runs 24/7. The bed is on wheels - which I understand makes it a lot easier to make up - but some form of lock on the wheels is needed for safety. A few extra utensils and a tray to cook food in the oven would be useful. The staff were very responsive when we let them know about the noise in our room but ultimately there was nothing they could do about it. Overall the apartment needs a little TLC. Some updates have been made and are very nice but a paint job would go a long way to improving it and a new toilet seat wouldn’t hurt either.

Good location. Did not see any staff our whole stay apartment from a gardener who was very rude. Reception never appears to be open hence no one to deal with to check in or out, very impersonal.
