Hello Timothy,I sincerely apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I was surprised to hear about the issues you experienced with our water and outside car noise. These are two complaints that we rarely receive, especially since we are so far from the interstate. Still, had we known during your stay that you were unhappy, we would have gladly moved you to another room. All of our guest room windows come with black out curtains that are actually located behind the sheers. I am so sorry you had trouble finding those. I believe the curtains you are referring to are the decorative ones located in the very front, close to the HVAC unit.Since your review, we did have maintenance go in and check the TV and everything was in working order. I do appreciate you bringing that to our attention.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I hope you find suitable accommodations in all your future travels.
