Thank you for your review Anon. Please always check directly with the accommodation if you have accessibility needs before booking as we could have advised at the time that the apartments had steps. I note you've not mentioned that we did offer an alternative location which was not on the 2nd floor which you also declined. As you booked and paid Expedia directly - (on a non-refundable rate) you needed to contact them to discuss any refunds - you note you have still yet to do this. We hope your wife makes a full recovery.

Thanks for the review Forida, apologies that the key was not in the safe when you arrived, on our busiest days sometimes we can be slightly late to Orchard Gate and we always try and ask for an arrival time to avoid this.
