Nice stay

The hotel was good. Nothing fancy everything worked. There was not a coffee maker in the room or a microwave. Some of the lights did not work and opening the sliding door to the balcony was hard. Wanted breakfast they had eggs a sausage at $15 and cup of coffee was $5.

BE WARNED!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Stayed here and I just want to warn others DONT!!!!! The pics are misleading. The hotel is old and falling apart. Cracks in the wall. Scarce, dirty, mismatched and leaning furniture, water pressure non existent, mirrors dirty, tv doesn't work, no internet, nothing!!! I wont even bother to go to the pool area or inquire about food because I'm legitimately afraid. The audacity of this establishment to charge $250/night with false pictures needs to be reported!!! I repeat do not come here!!!

The rate charged was also not 250 nightly. Unfortunately, you did not make a complaint at the property, but far spread information on facebook and other social media platform. Upon learning of your dissatisfaction we communicated with you to apologize and offer you a complementary stay on your next visit to the BVI. Once again we apologize for your inconvenience

I thought that the welcome was poor. Only rudimentary information given on chech in. Our room was shabby and badly in need of refitting and decoration. Staff appeared uninterested and poorly motivated. Meals seemed to be provided but there was no menu or timings evident. We thought also that the rates were expensive relative to comparable hotels we had stayed in on our trip to the Virgin Islands. Not great value for money, sadly

The maintenance on the property was quite dismal to the point where it did not look clean. Cleaning was a minimum just a quick brush up. The internet was very poor and often off, mine was missing for four days.

Great property in a great location.

The private pool was not working and was completely drained. The hotel did however make up for that with a nice discount!

Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again as the price was fair for the location and amenities. It would be a joy to see some upgrades in the future as this hotel is a gem. PROS -convenient location to town (walkable) -close to delicious eateries -amazing views -quaint, quiet environment -very clean -budget friendly -breakfast onsite is tasty and fresh -Ms Tabitha (staff) is an asset as she worked along with me to create a memorable stay for myself and my partner. Additionally she was very knowledgeable about the island and provided great tips and service. CONS -limited front desk hours -steep, dim or non well-lit paths on property -some fixtures and furnitures are dated - no ice machine - onsite bar area inoperable

This is actually a bit of a historical site. The staff are lovely and friendly. The breakfast is basic but adequate ( not included). The location is on the edge of Toad Town which was perfect for me as I enjoyed the walk.

No restaurant or bar service to speak of. Front desk very friendly but others acted pissed we were there. No smiles. Rooms were ok but very outdated.

Our room was huge with kitchette. Balcony view of the harbor. Good bed. Amazing breakfast. Friends had a balcony pool. Odd entrance. Lovely cook/waitress made big breakfast. Front desk staff friendly. It was perfect for a nite waiting to get on sailboat.

DISGUSTING ! It was the worst “hotel” experience of my life! It is not in conditions for renting ! The A/C was covered in mold, shower curtains were old, dirty and broken, hairs in the shower and bed, not good water pressure, dirty grout on the floor and shower walls, no amenities, no security, no privacy (balconies without divisions) and super noisy street!

I liked that the hotel was walkable to everything in Road Town (that I wanted) I liked the staff that gave me information on COVID testing to get to USVI, I liked the staff that shared their phone to connect to yet another USA flight cancelation I didn't like the distance to coffee in the morning

Fabulous views of the harbor and the Drake channel.$188 rooms were well appointed. Swimming pool was great and had interesting views as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought Fort Burt hotel was an undiscovered gem which was also very close to our charter company. We would happily stay here again! -Jim and Teri

Our room was supposed to be a junior suite. The bedding was old worn, but clean. Wifi was slow. We had a kitchen (?) and had to walk through it to,and a sliding glass door access the bathroom.Roosters start around 4 am There was ZERO water pressure for the shower. It dripped. But the staff was nice and the one choice breakfast was fairly good. It’s a great location if you are renting a charter from Conch charters.

Comfortable place!

Very nice room with beautiful view of the bay. Clean and comfortable! Only issue is the Very Low water pressure in the sink and shower. Pretty much a dribble but gets the job done with enough time. Must be a common problem with all the rooms because this was our second stay and had the same issue in the other room as well. The Pub restaurant/bar across the street is good and handy!
