The tv did not work because of upgrades being done so traveling alone in a hotel room by myself without a tv was quite boring. I called down to they front desk asking when the work would be finished they did t know, told me to log into Amazon or Netflix to stream, but couldn’t since I don’t have accounts. One of the front desk staff was extremely rude, had no interest in resolving the tv issue and hung up the phone on me. When I called back she told me to come to the lobby I can watch tv there. These people are in the hospitality business and hospitable they were not.
