We are saddened to hear that you did not find our beds soft enough. Our beds are brand new and of medium firmness. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone with the firmness/softness; we can only offer the bed. We are otherwise very happy that you enjoyed your stay, and your free upgrade.

We apologize that you were dissatisfied with our free happy hour. Our happy hour rotates Monday through Friday, serving different things each night, along with two free beers. Since guest satisfaction is our top priority, we apologize profusely that this amenity did not reach your expectations. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We currently have the doors, as well as the new locks to be installed. We are anticipating replacing them very soon, and are actually at the moment refreshing our rooms, for an updated look. We plan on advertising our free happy hour, that comes with 2 free beers or glasses of wine, and a light appetizer/meal a little more strongly.
