女子二人で泊まりましたが、くまの人形とWelcome Chocolateでお出迎えしてくれて とにかくかわいいお部屋でした。 朝食は絶対につけた方がいいです。 窓から見える暖かい景色とアンティークでかわいい食器で美味しい朝ごはんをいただきました。 この街に来たら絶対に泊まりたいホテルです！

Great place to stay.
This is a lovely hotel about 5 minutes walk from the very centre. Check in was efficient and the little box of chocolates was a lovely touch. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The hotle doesn't offer evening meals but the choice nearby is varied and would satisfy most preferences. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice of warm and cold buffet. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We have stayed in many hotels in Bruges and this was as good as we have experienced. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will stay again if i return to Bruges.

Enjoyed our stay in Bruges. Property is clean, quiet, and cozy. Enjoyed the quaint decor and accessibility to the city. Made walking easy, no vehicle necessary.

Tucked away hidden gem
Absolutely fantastic hotel in a tucked away spot in the city. Bruges is a very walkable city that’s touristy enough to be comfortably traveled by only English soakers. I enjoyed being away from the main drag and having a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest. My only complaint is the pillows, bit hard for my tastes, but that’s only a personal preference.

The Hotel Biskajer is a wonderful couples hotel. Our room was great. The furnishings are elegant. The bed was comfortable We loved that the windows and ceiling fan provided great circulation. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly We plan to come back

Firstly all the staff were very very helpful in every way ,they could not have been more pleasant,great breakfast , beautiful well furniture and comfortable room ,also very quiet , very central, when I go back to Bruges this is my 1st choice hotel ,make it yours ,you won't regret it.

Helpful staff
The building was being painted and scaffolding obscured our windows. We had not been warned of this but for our second night the hotel kindly gave us a room in a sister hotel 4 minutes walk away and provided a complimentary breakfast.

This place is simply darling. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has only 19 rooms. One of the staff ladies seemed to be 12 places at once. If you needed something, she was right there with a cheery disposition. There is another staff person who lives on the premises. I’d say she isn’t as cheery but equally competent. The breakfast for 20 euro is beyond compare. It had EVERYTHING. The hot items were freshly cooked. Lots of coffee or whatever you desire. Sparkling water or actual bubbly. The hotel was able to make reservations for dinner and recommended top notch places. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the main square. Only downside is that they are renovating the front of the hotel and my daughter had a view of scaffolding. We had a back room and overlooked some charming roof tops.

Biskarjer was perfect for my stay. Local to most of what Brugge has to offer and a very neat, well fashioned and clean hotel, with welcoming and friendly staff.

Nuestro mejor alojamiento durante nuestro viaje por Bélgica, el personal que es de nueva administración es realmente de lo mejor, súper amables, especialmente Julia, que es un bombón, súper atenta, habla muchos idiomas incluido español, la habitación es pequeña pero súper acogedora, limpia y bonita, con cada detalle bien cuidado, la tina del baño es espectacular y la cama súper cómoda, la ubicación es a 10 min o menos caminando del centro de Brujas, el desayuno súper rico y muy basto, lo único que podría mejorar la estancia en un Chrome Cast, pero no es nada relevante. Agradecemos mucho la experiencia tan rica y acogedora. Nos vemos pronto!!!

The hotel has just been refurbished and the rooms are very boutique style and full of character. Great for a couples retreat with helpful friendly staff who are happy to be flexible. Location is fantastic right in the centre with lots of bars restaurants and cafes only a minutes walk away. Would happily go again!
